Step inside and be greeted by a striking Paul Barclay design, specially commissioned by the owners, setting the tone for the thoughtfully curated interiors. The accommodation flows effortlessly, offering privacy and tranquillity throughout.
The heart of The Apartment is the bright and airy open-plan living space, designed for both relaxation and socialising. Share meals, enjoy a games night, or simply sink into the plush seating and unwind after a day of adventure. A Gazco Vogue Electric Stove adds warmth and ambiance, making it the perfect retreat, no matter the time of year.
The open-plan living space is the social hub of The Apartment. The contemporary kitchen area is fully equipped with Siemens appliances, including a double oven and grill, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and a Samsung microwave. A stylish glass dining table for four, a comfortable sofa and two tub chairs, plus a Samsung TV, sound base, DAB Radio, PS4, and Blu-ray player ensure a perfect setting for entertainment, whether you’re dining in, enjoying a movie night, or simply relaxing by the large bay window watching the world go by.
The Apartment offers two beautifully furnished bedrooms complete with pocket sprung mattresses to allow for a restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe, Smart TV, and an en-suite shower room, while the second bedroom is a cosy single—ideal for a child, a friend, or an elderly relative. All linen and protectors are hypoallergenic for added comfort.
The Apartment comes with the luxury of two shower rooms, providing the perfect set up for an action-packed time in Dartmouth. Both the main bathroom and the master en-suite are fitted with a shower and heated towel rail. This offers the perfect set up for an action-packed stay in Dartmouth!

The property has no parking on site; however, you can pull up to unload in front of the property. We offer the use of a local parking permit that allows free parking in the main central car park, located just a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

Given the Apartment is on the first floor, we wouldn’t advise it suitable for anyone with mobility issues or young children.
