As you open the door, be greeted by the stylish open-plan kitchen and living area. The spacious, yet inviting lounge is fit with a large corner sofa and a wood-burning stove, perfect for winter evenings in. Home to a Smart TV and sound system, it will satisfy all your entertainment needs. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for culinary magic and late-night storytelling. It features a moveable island unit, cocktail bar (with an honesty box), state-of-the-art Miele coffee machine and oven, and full laundry facilities. There is also a designated desk area if you need to catch up on emails.
The rear wall of the property is fit with floor-to-ceiling, bi-folding doors, providing natural light to the family space, and inviting you out to the terrace area. The lower terrace is comfortably furnished and complete with soft lighting. It is a joyous spot to enjoy evening drinks overlooking the River Dart.
Climb the LED-lit stairs to the second floor where you will find the second and third bedrooms. The second bedroom features a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Bi-fold doors open onto a balcony, boasting stunning riverside views and a hot tub. It is also where you will find the small home gym, separated from the bedroom by a moveable dividing wall. The third bedroom is positioned at the front of the property, home to twin beds and plenty of storage space.
The third floor consists solely of the master bedroom. Boasting a super king-sized bed, a large ensuite with a walk-in shower, Smart TV, and electronic blinds, it offers stunning views over the River Dart.

Private parking available for two cars is available on a secure, gated driveway. Other parking is available close by in the form of on-street parking and paid car parks.
Hot Tub:
MUST be requested additionally when undergoing the booking process (additional charge applies). Under no circumstances should any glass be taken into the hot tub itself. Children under the age of 5, those that are pregnant or suffer with heart conditions or high blood pressure are not advised to use it. Children must be supervised at all times. The cover should be returned and left secure when not in use.
Gym:
No children under the age of 16 should use the equipment and it is used at your own risk. All equipment MUST be left neatly stowed after each use and prior to departure.
