We had a wonderful stay at Higher Venice – a stunning, spacious country house ideal for a large family gathering. Set in the beautiful Devon countryside, the surroundings are peaceful and picturesque, with a lovely garden perfect for both relaxation and family fun. The house is full of charm and well-equipped with everything we needed. Its location is perfect – secluded and tranquil, yet just a short drive from Dartmouth and the coast. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax, explore and enjoy time together. Highly recommended!

“We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at Higher Venice for my mother’s 60th Birthday. Plenty of room for us all as a party of 7 adults, 5 children and 2 dogs. Lovely views and a very quiet location. Property was very clean and had all amenities required including a nice patio and BBQ area. A great base from which to explore this beautiful part of Devon”.

“Beautiful home in the most stunning location. The kids loved exploring the grounds and the view was very much appreciated. Plenty of space in the house for all 12 of us, and very clean. Host sent a really useful link with all information required for check in and our stay, as well as tips on places to explore, which we used alot! Would definitely recommend and good location for exploring surrounding area”.

"A beautiful house in spectacular surroundings. Perfect for our family celebration. Everything we needed for adults and children; well equipped kitchen, games room, comfy beds, lovely lounge and the most beautiful view from a large conservatory. Open the patio doors and it was like a painting or tv scene, great grounds for exploring. Loved the walled garden and a good bbq area. Perfect. Thank you."
