Welcome to Hawkes Way. The apartment has been thoughtfully curated for your ultimate comfort. Just a stone’s throw from the high street, it is ideal for those with young children and mobility restrictions. Explore the local shops, bars, restaurants & amenities on the doorstep.
Enter the property into a light and spacious hallway. At the end of the hallway, you will find the open planned living area. A ‘L’ shaped sofa provides plenty of seating area and can double as an additional bed if required (please request when booking). The room also offers a Smart TV and ample board games to enjoy on a quiet evening in.
The modern kitchen provides everything you need to create the perfect home cooked meal. It is fitted with a dishwasher, electric oven, hob, and microwave. The dining table sits four people comfortably, offering the perfect space to enjoy a charged glass and regale stories.
The first door on your right when you enter the property is home to the courtyard-facing bedroom. The bedroom is comfortably fitted with a king-sized bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and ample wardrobe space to hang clothes. The spacious bathroom is located next to the bedroom, fit with a generously sized shower.

Totnes is the commercial centre for the South Hams. The town offers many attractions perfect for all ages. Check out the Totnes Museum to understand the local history, the Rare Breeds Farm to learn about different animals, and hop on the South Devon Steam Railway to enjoy the Devon countryside.
This part of Devon is renowned for its outstanding natural beauty with Dartmoor National Park ten miles to the north, and stunning beaches and coastline ten miles to the south. Nearby beaches include Paignton, Torquay, and Blackpool Sands, with the very nice towns of Dartmouth and Salcombe only a 15- or 20-minute drive away.
The bustling medieval market town has a mainline railway station giving direct connections to London Paddington with easy connection to St Pancras for the Eurostar. Totnes is just a three-hour train from London, and Hawkes Way is located a ten-minute walk from the platform to the front door. There is also excellent access to the A38 Devon Expressway, linking Plymouth and Exeter where it joins the M5. Hawkes Way provides the perfect retreat whether you want to arrive by car or train.
