Space
The fabulous open-plan living area is home to some of the best views in the area. Decorated with local art, relax in comfort whilst enjoying the scenery. Kick back and watch the tide roll in.
The kitchen comprises of all the essentials for a coastal cottage in Devon. Fitted with a fridge, single oven with induction hob, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, this kitchen will ensure you start your day right! A washing machine and freezer can be found in the built-in cupboard under the stairs.
This coastal cottage has two spacious bedrooms. The master is located on the ground floor and comprises of a built-in double wardrobe and corner seat. The second bedroom is upstairs, fitted with two single beds (or a zip & link to make it king-sized – please specify when booking if this is required). Both bedrooms offer a comfortable space to relax before settling down to sleep ahead of your next day of fun.
The bathroom is located on the ground floor, fitted with a well-sized shower. There is also a separate toilet room upstairs.
At the front of the property, you will find a small patio area that is perfect for sitting out and enjoying the sea air, admiring the view and relaxing in harmony in this idyllic coastal cottage.

Notes
The property has no parking on site; however, there is free parking located 20 yards from the property (subject to availability). There are also plenty of parking spaces located along the road and within the beach car park, controlled by the Pay by Phone App. You can pull up to unload in front of the property.
Pets:
We welcome well behaved dogs who want to come and enjoy the beach all year long. We do ask that you are respectful and clear up any mess and refrain from allowing them to use the furniture. There are towels and blankets in a box above the washing machine under the stairs for your use.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
Neighborhood
Within walking distance of this coastal cottage, you will find a local shop and a great selection of pubs and eateries. For a big supermarket, head into the local towns of Kingsbridge or Dartmouth.
The area is home to its own unique World War Two history. Make sure to check out the Sherman Tank located in the beach car park and learn the moving story of what took place here in 1943.
Torcross Beach is one of the UK’s dog friendly beaches, so make sure to bring your pooch along for your trip to Devon! It is the perfect place to relax, swim, walk or paddleboard. On top of being a popular beach to both visitors and locals alike, it plays an important part in the survival of some of the UK’s rarest flora and fauna. Head to Slapton Ley Field Centre to learn about the local wildlife.
