Description
Tucked away on one of Dartmouth’s most characterful streets, Dart Loft is a beautifully styled two-floor apartment offering a harmonious blend of modern comfort and timeless charm — just moments from the harbour, boutique shops, and the town’s celebrated food scene.
Space
Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed space that feels both calm and contemporary. The first-floor open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is bathed in natural light, dressed in soft, neutral tones, and finished with tasteful coastal touches. A generously sized sofa and inviting armchair make relaxing effortless, while a wall-mounted flat screen TV offers easy entertainment after a day of exploring. Whether you’re enjoying a casual breakfast or a celebratory dinner, the oak dining table with bench seating sets the scene perfectly.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, complete with an integrated oven and microwave, alongside everything else you might need for a convenient and comfortable stay.
Also on this floor is a spacious king-size bedroom and a sleek, modern family bathroom with a large walk-in shower. An internal staircase with a characterful stone feature wall leads you upstairs, where you’ll find two additional light-filled bedrooms — one double and one twin — plus a second contemporary shower room, ideal for families or small groups.
With space for up to six guests, this stylish holiday apartment offers a superb base from which to enjoy all that South Devon has to offer.

Notes
Parking:
There is no allocated parking and therefore we advise that you plan ahead. There are several local options nearby. Free parking can sometimes be found (though not guaranteed), and there are paid options available as well. The main central car park is Payby Phone App controlled and is approx. 15 minute walk away. Many visitors have found the 'Just Park' app helpful in securing a spot, so it’s worth looking into if you want to plan ahead.
Between 1st October and 30 April there are lots of free and unlimited spaces throughout the town, the majority of those being on 'Newcomen Road and South Town' or 'Embankment Road' which is the road that runs along the entire river.
During the main season (May-September) the 'Park and Ride' offers the best solution with regular buses running through the day.
Rental Conditions:
