“We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at Higher Venice for my mother’s 60th Birthday. Plenty of room for us all as a party of 7 adults, 5 children and 2 dogs. This place in Dartmouth is wonderful. A very spacious house that is perfectly located near to all the shops, pubs and restaurants. The view from the front of the house is to die for. The garage is larger than it looks as is a real bonus for Dartmouth (where it is notoriously difficult to park). Great location! Lovely and spacious apartment. The kitchen was a bit cramped with five people at the table. The living room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view and evening sun. The ferry to Dartmouth is very close and runs very frequently (7am-11pm). We took the Round Robin ferry to Totnes, a lovely trip. Totnes itself was very nice, and we visited the castle.
