We had a great stay during the hot British summer. Easy check in via a lockbox and the place was as pictured, super clean and smart and very comfortable. Lovely decking area with outdoor sofas to enjoy the sun, comfy lounge area, well-stocked kitchen (the microwave is tucked away in the single bedroom cupboard if you need it), good shower pressure, comfy beds. Wonderful cabin, everything was perfect. Unfortunately I had emergency surgery the week prior to arriving which delayed our arrival date by a few days, but Paul was super accommodating and responsive to messages. The cabin was a great place to rest and recuperate surrounded by nature and with the comfiest bed and sofas imaginable, we were sorry to leave!

The Brambles was a nice residence for me in Devon. Paul and wife were at hand to help with any issues. The place is well kept. They showed me the local Tesco for food and pointed me to the bus service in the area saving me transport money. I highly recommend their place to others visiting this part of Devon. They offered me a complimentary bottle of wine which was really nice during the weekend. William

Wow. What a very special place this is. For a start it’s in a brilliant position overlooking the river in lovely Dartmouth. But there’s more to it than that – the house itself has been finished and furnished to a very high standard of both comfort and amenities. Everything worked easily and as you would expect. Booked for a long family weekend (3 adult couples) and had a fabulous stay. The property is the perfect balance between a 10-15 minute walk into central Dartmouth and a nice, quiet location with spectacular riverside views towards Dartmouth harbour. Furnished to an exceptionally high standard. Paul’s communication and responsiveness, before and during our stay was flawless. Would 100% recommend!
