Being able to get delicious coffee from 2 minutes around the corner was a real bonus and there is a pub almost next door. We had a lovely stay at this property in Dartmouth, the house was an ideal place for our family, being close to the town and having its own parking. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, the beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

This fantastic 3 bed holiday home is everything you could wish for, close to the town with amazing views and spacious modern accomodation. Fully equipped kitchen (although we ate out every night) large spacious rooms and private garage parking too. Highly recommended.

Amazing few days away to see in the new year! Place was spotless! Having a Christmas tree was such a lovely surprise! Enjoying the hot tub on a cold evening was great! The lodge was beautiful! We would love to come back! Will miss waking up in the morning and looking at the view of the golf course. Thank you Paul & Co.

Excellent location in the centre of town. 2 mins to the harbour, no steep hills. Lovely rooms, large opening windows. Very clean. Breakfast was the best we have ever had. Great host, very responsive. Quiet road. Mattress could have been abit more sopportive but overall was excellent. Had a great time

Me and my family absolutely loved our time staying here. The place was spotless when we arrived, and check-in was super easy. We loved it so much we’re planning on going there again! Paul was super responsive with questions, and the plot is surrounded by gorgeous scenery.
