Arrived a bit early & cleaners just finishing off so went for a short walk. Place was spotless. Comfy beds and nice bed linen. Bit of miscommunication regarding coffee makers as id read the Nespresso machine was no longer at property, messaged Paul to ask & he said it wasn’t there so I said I’d bring my cafetière. Spectacular waterside view. Unique. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean. We had a really wonderful time. I would recommend taking some of your own logs, there was only enough for 1 short fire for a 2 night stay.

A charming comfortable Edwardian house within easy walking distance to Dartmouth and a marvellous view to watch the ‘ Lower Ferry’ working, very relaxing.
There is also a garage which is extremely convenient as parking in Dartmouth is very restricted.
The house was well equipped, clean & comfortable.

Lovely property, well presented and absolutely perfect for 2 families / 8 of us and the dog. Lovely communal space. Lovely outdoor space for dining and enjoying the sunny Devon weather. Short drive from the beach.

What a truly breathtaking property. The pictures just don’t match up to the wow factor when you walk in. Of course the unbelievable views help , but the house itself is beautiful! Right on the river , we could have stayed on the balcony for the whole weekend just relaxing and enjoying the view. We loved staying here as it had all the facilities we needed, felt extremely comfortable and had a fantastic garden. We enjoyed having the games room, with table tennis and darts. We would recommend staying here and we will be booking again soon.
