We had a lovely stay at the property as a family with 2 young children (5 and 1 years). The property is incredibly quiet and the neighbours on the farm were very friendly. There were toys, games and craft items available for the children. We loved the Boathouse and will definitely be returning! Beautiful location, the sea on the doorstep and lovely accommodation. Wished we could have stayed for longer, the pubs/restaurants are within walking distance and the food was amazing! A beautiful townhouse in a great location with views out to the Dart estuary, right around to Kingswear and the town. Exceptional. Parking in garage under the property too is a very big bonus.
