The property was located close to the harbor where there were many restaurants cafes and bars, shingle beach 10 min from harbour, torquay just a 30 min ferry trip, Dartmouth 5 mile away. Really enjoyed our stay.”

We all had a lovely stay at this place in Dartmouth . The only negative is the garden furniture which could do with updating . The house really lovely and well equipped with everything you need .

Amazing few days away to see in the new year! Place was spotless! Having a Christmas tree was such a lovely surprise! Enjoying the hot tub on a cold evening was great! The lodge was beautiful! We were extremely happy with our booking. The home was fantastic, clean, comfortable, well equipped and had a beautiful garden and sun terrace. No complaints from us at all. Good walking access to Kingsbridge, although up hill on the way back. The only thing I would say is the split level layout inside may be an issue to those with mobility issues. We loved it here and would love to come back.

Our second time at Mewstone. New owner has kept the same high standards. Absolutely fantastic location and such a restful view. One piece of advice, if the shared pool is important to you (it wasn’t to us) check it’s available and ready. That said this is a high quality property and we love it. Two parking spaces and no more than a couple of minutes walk into Dartmouth town centre what’s not to love.

Paul always communicated well with my queries. I would recommend using the postcode to find the property as the road name didn’t work. The property is down a very quiet country lane – one of those very narrow, grass growing in the middle country lanes.
