This place is incredible. Don’t be put off by the location and the country lanes. It is well worth it. It was by far the most peaceful and relaxing place I’ve ever stayed, and is so well decorated and furnished. Lovely touches including a bottle of wine on arrival! The house was amazing from the moment we got there and whilst the weather was a little interesting on day 1, it didn’t matter as we had a great place to relax in. Paul was awesome with clear instructions from the outset and checked in to make sure all was good. Cannot recommend it enough and will be looking at a return trip in the spring.

I’d definitely stay there again. incredibly beautiful views and a very cosy apartment. Can’t emphasize how beautiful the view was!! we spent all our time sitting next to the large French windows! a very nice kitchen and squeaky clean bathrooms. Great location in Kingswear, close to the ferry, train and bus. I’d recommend 100%

Nice accommodation. Bedrooms were snug but fine. Nice en suite to the master. Lovely views and hot tub. Great for golfers. Short drive to Dartmouth and surrounding areas.
