Incredible house with the most amazing views! We stayed for 5 days for my Mum’s 70th birthday – 6 adults and 4 kids. We had such a lovely time, staying in the house and exploring Dartmouth. The house is very well equipped. We would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Beautiful house and views. Stunning location just to relax and watch life on the River Dart, potter around historic Dartmouth or get out onto the coast path. Wonderful Sun trap that made late February feel like early summer! There are quite a few steps down to the property and lack of parking was the only downside. Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I don’t think there are many more perfect places for a small group in Dartmouth. We didn’t mind the short uphill walk to walk off all the food we were eating! I particularly liked the big red/orange chair and watching the boats pass from the window. Tucked away on the edge of the estuary with the high tide bringing the river right up to the back french doors. Very cosy, clean and comfortable with everything we needed including wood for the fire. We had a wonderful stay in this particularly special location.
