Lower deck was a great space , very clean most things you needed were supplied . Great view easy and walking to town and castle If you need to message Paul responded quickly. We’ve been to Dartmouth about 10 times over the years , first time staying at lower deck . We’ll definitely be back !

Incredible house with the most amazing views! We stayed for 5 days for my Mum’s 70th birthday – 6 adults and 4 kids. We had such a lovely time, staying in the house and exploring Dartmouth. The house is very well equipped. We would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

We have just returned from a 4 night break at Cedar House and absolutely loved it. The house was absolutely spotless and had every single thing you could wish for. The accommodation was lovely, very clean, bigger than the photos suggest. The views are idillic. Tyhe beds were comfortable. The patio is a bonus, exp in Dartmouth which often doesn’t have outside space. Don’t be put off by the lack of allocated parking. With a little management of what is available publicly , we were able to park easily even in late June. We will definitely book again.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment has been beautifully renovated & looked just like the pictures. We had great weather so could make use of the balcony. We were able to walk down to the harbour area avoiding the main road, and caught a bus back to save a walk up the hill in the heat.
