We had a lovely stay in this home. It was clean, the beds comfortable and had great space for us to chill. We enjoyed the garden in the hot weather. Close to great beaches and easy access into Dartmouth.

Wonderful stay in Dartmouth – location of the flat is perfect, close enough to everything you need but quieter than the centre. Views are amazing and the property is very well equipped. The main bedroom could do with a bigger bed – it’s a double not a king! But overall a fantastic property and highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay with YDE staying at the beautiful lodge number 2 on the Dartmouth golf and leisure estate. The lodge was beautifully clean and everything brand new. Location was directly on a wonderful championship golf course and excellent value as well as a spa, pool and gym all on site. We had a lovely relaxing stay at Tremorvah. The windows let in a lot of light and the views were beautiful. It was great watching the activity on the water. We were very impressed by the apartment, everything was of top quality and spotlessly clean, you couldn’t wish for more. We booked this place for a family pre Xmas stay and were not disappointed in any way. The house is as described, but better in the reality. It felt like a home from home, spacious, warm, perfect;y clean, and the high quality and comfortable furnishings were appreciated by all. Lovely location by the river and an easy walk to Dartmouth. We had a lovely stay, the apartment has been beautifully renovated & looked just like the pictures. We had great weather so could make use of the balcony. We were able to walk down to the harbour area avoiding the main road, and caught a bus back to save a walk up the hill in the heat. Any pub or restaurant visits require going down to the harbour as this is in a residential area, but the location is very quiet and …
