A fabulous flat in the perfect location. Everything was in walking distance. The car park we parked in was a 5 min walk max, we used the flat’s parking permit for the whole weekend. We had a great stay at the property which was ideal for our family and would happily return there. The location was brilliant for walking into town with excellent crabbing for the children to enjoy! The parking space was a huge bonus and as we were out of season and took a second car, free on road parking was easily accessible near by. So much to do in and around Dartmouth for all ages to have fun!

We enjoyed an excellent stay at Solstice from start to finish. Great communication from our hosts throughout, excellent accommodation – from cleanliness, furnishings, equipment to comfort. Just returned from a 4 day break, the bungalow is modern, immaculate, a beautiful garden with views of the countryside, you have everything you need here, there is lots of literature to help you navigate Devon, maps, walks, best beaches etc which we found really helpful. The town and estuary are a few minutes walk away, I would recommend the crabshell inn on the estuary, great food and a good vibe.
