“This is a magical home with the most beautiful view of the sea entrance to Dartmouth. Couldn’t have asked for better weather in December waking up to blue skies and sunshine. We had a great few days over the New Year. The location was perfect for us as it was easy to get into the town centre and also easy to get onto the coastal path for a walk by the sea. The views from the apartment are amazing

What a fabulous few days we’ve had at Stargazy over Christmas. The location was perfect, off the beaten track, but within reach of pubs/shops etc. The house itself is beautiful with views of the beach and ocean, a wonderful backdrop for Christmas dinner it has to be said. Paul was a fantastic host, always responsive, leaving a bottle of bubbly for our arrival and decorating the lounge with a lovely tree.

Fantastic location and a beautiful sea view. Very comfortable beds and easy access to the beach and Start Bay Inn for food and drink. Great place to relax. Parking can be a bit of a juggle to get a free space but they do tend to turn over quickly so wasn’t a problem for us.

Great location in Dartmouth with all things to do a short walk away. Lot of pubs and restaurants nearby. There is a lovely view from the apartment and the facilities are good. Very responsive customer service with helpful recommendations for food/local attractions. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Rivershack! We felt privileged to stay there it is so unique the way it is nestled on the estuary. A lovely flat with fantastic views out across the River Dart. We stayed here at the end of a week’s walk along part of the South West Coast Path and it was an excellent base for Dartmouth/KIngswear for a couple of days before we headed home.
