Lovely, homely cabin in the woods. The whole place was well designed and thought out with attractive interiors. We only had breakfast in, so can’t comment on kitchen facilities really, but everything was spotless. The bathrooms had soft towels and were again very clean.

The house is absolutely beautiful and a very comfortable place to relax. The views were a joy and we appreciated the use of mirrors to enhance the views from all angles. We enjoyed the spa bath in the main bedroom. Lots of thoughtful touches.

A beautiful private house with a lovely garden for dog and children. Surrounded by high hedges you wouldn’t have known there were houses around at all. Many butterflies on the hedge in the back garden and we even had a pheasant arrive on the front lawn one day. Exceptional place to stay, tucked away down the most Devon of Devon lanes, The Cabin has it all. We had a fantastic time in one of our favourite places on the planet – easy to get to the sea, and the moor – plus the hosts have thought of everything. Loved it.
