Beautifully presented accommodation, spotlessly clean – everything looked new. The location was perfect for us to get around Dartmouth and the free parking was a big money saver. The outdoor garden was ample for our needs but does require climbing up a flight of stairs from the property and is overlooked. We had a wonderful stay in Thurlestone – a long weekend – Thurs to Monday and despite Storm Amy we had some good times on the beach and local farm park attractions. The home was wonderfully appointed and had everything we needed and even suitable toys for the 18 month old in our party!

A very enjoyable stay! Dartmouth was lovely and the house is relatively close to the high street … but the hill up to the house was quite the incline – It was just about manageable with young children / pram.

Pear Tree Lodge was so homely, with a stunning garden, peaceful and with comfy beds. It’s in a quiet location but very walkable and close to the estuary and Kingsbridge. The South Hams are stunning 🏝️ A little gem of a place. 💎
