We had a lovely few days in Kingswear Paul’s place is very comfortable, well equipped and clean There is so much to see and do within easy reach and the view across to the river to Dartmouth is absolutely stunning, you could never tire of looking at it, we even had a cruise ship anchor there for the day!

“We have stayed in Boathouse Cottage several times and really can’t fault it. The accommodation is spacious, clean and perfectly located for the beach. The beach view from the upstairs window is amazing. The pub is a 2 min walk away and a farm shop is also within walking distance. Great communications from the owner and really timely info about check in. The flat felt bigger than the pictures showed and was really very well decorated. The bed in master room was thankfully a King size and very comfortable, the single beds were also ample. We had a very enjoyable stay at the Dart Loft, the place was very easy to find very close to town centre. Everything available in the property we needed during our stay and the most comfortable beds that we have stayed in places away from home. I would definitely recommend the dart loft and would love to visit again. Weather was perfect during our stay.

This was a magical short break for our extended family. A beautiful house set in magnificent grounds which the photos really don’t do justice. The five children in our group all loved discovering the hidden garden and the pathways surrounding the property.
