We had a wonderful stay with YDE staying at the beautiful lodge number 2 on the Dartmouth golf and leisure estate. The lodge was beautifully clean and everything brand new. Location was directly on a wonderful championship golf course and excellent value as well as a spa, pool and gym all on site. We booked this place for a family pre Xmas stay and were not disappointed in any way. The house is as described, but better in the reality. It felt like a home from home, spacious, warm, perfect;y clean, and the high quality and comfortable furnishings were appreciated by all. Lovely location by the river and an easy walk to Dartmouth. Great location, brilliant parking which is a real bonus in Kingsbridge. The garden is lovely with a nice balcony and furniture. Good information pack in the property and communication is good from the owner with clear check in and out instructions. A pleasant spacious property.

Great location! Lovely and spacious apartment. The kitchen was a bit cramped with five people at the table. The living room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view and evening sun. The ferry to Dartmouth is very close and runs very frequently (7am-11pm). We took the Round Robin ferry to Totnes, a lovely trip. Totnes itself was very nice, and we visited the castle.
