We had a wonderful few days at the Boathouse – the location is second to none! To listen to the waves crash into the sea wall was the best! The pub was just right and the food was fantastic. All in all we had a relaxing and enjoyable weekend in a unique property with huge appeal. I hope to return soon.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the start of March & had a wonderful stay. The descriptions and pictures do not do this house justice & the master bedroom and outside seating even had a sea view! We travelled as a girl group of friends but all agreed we would be back with our partners and families.

Perfect location for exploring the area. Parked in Steamboat quay car park and you can pay by phone remotely so very easy. Comfortable home for two people.

Wonderful location, as it is accessed via a car park with a very short walk along a rivers edge & into a field – finding it in the dark was a challenge but another time it would be a breeze. There was even a lovely speaker that we put music on so we could bop to music whilst getting ready. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The property was perfect for us and our two friends. Beautiful shared space and beautiful harbour views, two good bedrooms – one with stunning views and the other with good en-suite. Location also perfect as walkable to ferry, steam train station and local pubs. (Steepish hill and steps so as described not good for restricted mobility.)

Stunning location. The view is beautiful and so, so peaceful. Friendly cats, ducks, pigs, cows and sheep made this place extra special. Accommodation is clean, modern, comfortable and well equipped.
