Great location! Lovely and spacious apartment. The kitchen was a bit cramped with five people at the table. The living room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view and evening sun. The ferry to Dartmouth is very close and runs very frequently (7am-11pm). We took the Round Robin ferry to Totnes, a lovely trip. Totnes itself was very nice, and we visited the castle. We had a lovely stay. The barn was well equipped and in a great location with the beach just a 15-20 walk away and the village store and pub just around the corner. The area is beautiful with a lot of stunning coastal walks and Dartmouth and Brixham not far away. We can highly recommend staying at this place.

Beautiful large property that suited all ages. Stunning garden and outdoor areas. Could do with a few tea bags for arrival and some slightly better directions to arrive. Would definitely book again.

Suggestions: have a mirror near a power socket/reserve table at breakfast for guests (if guests give time for breakfast ‘slot’ table would be available to the public outside these times – we foolishly went down around 10am and would have faced a 30 min wait to be seated. We stayed in this lodge as 6 adults, it was a lovely, clean space, well decorated with gorgeous views. On the doorstep of a golf facility and spa, which we made use of and only a short journey into Dartmouth.

Really lovely house in a great location. Really well equipped with a lovely homely feel. Would definitely recommend. We love Dartmouth and definitely like staying Kingswear side…the girls love getting the boat over and love the steam packet pub 😂 The house is ideal.

A beautiful private house with a lovely garden for dog and children. Surrounded by high hedges you wouldn’t have known there were houses around at all. Many butterflies on the hedge in the back garden and we even had a pheasant arrive on the front lawn one day.
