Well appointment property which accurately matched the description and photos. It was clean and tidy and bright and modern. The property has amazing views of the harbour and Dartmouth Atwood the river. The steam train station is literally less than 5 minutes away and the steam trains can be seen chugging along from the property. I asked for a late checkout and Paul was very accommodating. We had a wonderful few days at the Boathouse – the location is second to none! To listen to the waves crash into the sea wall was the best! The pub was just right and the food was fantastic. All in all we had a relaxing and enjoyable weekend in a unique property with huge appeal. I hope to return soon.

We loved our stay at Pear Tree Lodge. The house has a bright open feel, a slightly unique layout on two levels (there are a few stairs to the bedrooms) which I loved, large bright rooms and had everything we needed for our stay. The house is absolutely beautiful and a very comfortable place to relax. The views were a joy and we appreciated the use of mirrors to enhance the views from all angles. We enjoyed the spa bath in the main bedroom. Lots of thoughtful touches.
