Great location, brilliant parking which is a real bonus in Kingsbridge. The garden is lovely with a nice balcony and furniture. Good information pack in the property and communication is good from the owner with clear check in and out instructions. A pleasant spacious property.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ritson Farm and highly recommend it. The lay out of the house worked especially well for 2 families and 1 grandparent. The accommodation was lovely, very clean, bigger than the photos suggest. The views are idillic. Tyhe beds were comfortable. The patio is a bonus, exp in Dartmouth which often doesn’t have outside space. Don’t be put off by the lack of allocated parking. With a little management of what is available publicly , we were able to park easily even in late June. We will definitely book again.

My family and I had a fantastic time. The house and location are stunning. Beautifully decorated and furnished. The views are amazing. And Ted, our dog, loved walking to the castle and fort above. Perfect!

The property is in a good location and it was easy to get inside with very clear instructions. The beds were really comfortable and rooms were of a good size. The rooms were very clean and well maintained and bathrooms were lovely. The kitchen and utensils were great, and a nearby co op allowed for ease of getting essentials such as tea and coffee.
