We had a very enjoyable stay at the Dart Loft, the place was very easy to find very close to town centre. Everything available in the property we needed during our stay and the most comfortable beds that we have stayed in places away from home. I would definitely recommend the dart loft and would love to visit again. Weather was perfect during our stay.

Fabulous location with wonderful views. Very warm and cozy. Beautifully decorated and comfortable beds and pillows. Home from home! Plenty of space for seven of us and a toddler celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday. We didn’t use the upper decking area because of the time of year but it was amazing! Also loved the front deck. Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I don’t think there are many more perfect places for a small group in Dartmouth. We didn’t mind the short uphill walk to walk off all the food we were eating! I particularly liked the big red/orange chair and watching the boats pass from the window. The property was perfect for us and our two friends. Beautiful shared space and beautiful harbour views, two good bedrooms – one with stunning views and the other with good en-suite. Location also perfect as walkable to ferry, steam train station and local pubs. (Steepish hill and steps so as described not good for restricted mobility.)

We have just spent the most wonderful long weekend at Steppes. It is the most wonderful house with an amazing view which was perfect for a big family get together. Coffee on the deck in the morning sunshine, looking at everything going on in the harbour and the view out to see was just incredible. Thank you for letting us enjoy this wonderful house.

Well appointment property which accurately matched the description and photos. It was clean and tidy and bright and modern. The property has amazing views of the harbour and Dartmouth Atwood the river. The steam train station is literally less than 5 minutes away and the steam trains can be seen chugging along from the property. I asked for a late checkout and Paul was very accommodating.
