We are familiar with Dartmouth so this was easy to find. Gorgeous location and view. Flat comfortable and Paul super responsive. The road is blocked at the moment which I didn’t quite realise beforehand – so we had to carry our stuff but honestly not a big deal for us. We were only there for 3 days. Place clean and lovely. The Apartment is ideally located, 2 minutes walk from the shops and river. Parking permit for car park which is only 5 minutes walk away. Apartment is spotlessly clean. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need, with lots of cupboard space to store your own food, which isn’t always the case in rental properties. This is a really nicely appointed flat with lovely bathrooms in a good location. A bonus was the proximity of the bus stop so we could get a bus to and from Dartmouth (and elsewhere if we’d wanted) without having to worry about parking. We had poor weather but had it been sunny the two balconies would have been delightful. An extremely pleasant stay.

Heywood was a lovely, comfortable and homely place to stay. Ideally situated in the center of Dartmouth so everything was easily accessible. The parking permit for the local car park was extremely useful. Comfortable bed, good shower and a nice homely environment. We shall be back.
