A beautiful townhouse in a great location with views out to the Dart estuary, right around to Kingswear and the town. Exceptional. Parking in garage under the property too is a very big bonus.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the start of March & had a wonderful stay. The descriptions and pictures do not do this house justice & the master bedroom and outside seating even had a sea view! We travelled as a girl group of friends but all agreed we would be back with our partners and families.

We absolutely loved the Captains Cabin! We would definitely stay again. It was so quirky and the views were fantastic from the balcony! Great location! Lovely and spacious apartment. The kitchen was a bit cramped with five people at the table. The living room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view and evening sun. The ferry to Dartmouth is very close and runs very frequently (7am-11pm). We took the Round Robin ferry to Totnes, a lovely trip. Totnes itself was very nice, and we visited the castle. A lovely, cosy little house, a short walk into the town. We really enjoyed our time at this house. It has everything you need, well equipped kitchen, a lovely wood burner, 2 tvs with Netflix etc, comfy beds, and ideal for a family as well as our Labrador. The view from the large windows in the sitting room and the front bedroom are the wow factor! However, to reach such a lofty view, there are a lot of fairly steep steps from the road – maybe 40?
