Very new, modern, well-equipped, and in tip-top condition. It was also delightful to watch the first golfers of the day while enjoying coffee at sunrise. “Al Fresco’s cafe and bnb rooms are obviously legendary in Dartmouth, sitting right in the heart of the waterfront area. We were lucky to get an opportunity to stay in this amazingly well designed and run place for 4 nights. “A beautiful house in spectacular surroundings. Perfect for our family celebration. Everything we needed for adults and children; well equipped kitchen, games room, comfy beds, lovely lounge and the most beautiful view from a large conservatory. Lovely place and we were helped by good weather. Facilities were good. We loved Dartmouth and Salcombe and the nearby Blackpool Sands had ample car parking and lots of space. The reason for a 4 star review not five was the last minute information that the outside space was in danger of stray golf balls and it would have been good to have that in the main spec.
