Pomeroy Cottage was perfect for our stay in Totnes. minutes across the lovely bridge over the Dart, the location enabled us to walk to the centre of town in minutes yet feel like we were living in a quiet enclave when we came home. We found the house attractive, clean and comfortable & the perfect base for visiting Dartmoor, Teignmouth and the English Riviera beaches.

Location fantastic with stunning elevated views of the estuary. The pretty front garden has 2 seating areas to enjoy the panoramic views. Living room and 2 bedrooms (1 compact single and one spacious double) have lovely bay window views. Dining area to rear of living room limited for space with seating for more than 4 tricky. We had an excellent stay, only a minute to walk to the beach we enjoyed swimming in the sea every day. We loved the back garden with a BBQ, lots of comfortable seating and perfect sea view. Would definitely recommend and we would love to stay again.
