We loved the Boathouse and will definitely be returning! Beautiful location, the sea on the doorstep and lovely accommodation. Wished we could have stayed for longer, the pubs/restaurants are within walking distance and the food was amazing! This fantastic 3 bed holiday home is everything you could wish for, close to the town with amazing views and spacious modern accomodation. Fully equipped kitchen (although we ate out every night) large spacious rooms and private garage parking too. Highly recommended.

Super space to stay to play golf or explore the river Dart. Perfectly placed for easy trip to Dartmouth, Dittisham, Greenways or to the beaches. Would recommend the Sportsman’s Arms around the corner for meals and the Garden Centre Garden Time- not only really knowledgeable but super food (can recommend the breakfast) and service at both.

We had a wonderful stay with YDE staying at the beautiful lodge number 2 on the Dartmouth golf and leisure estate. The lodge was beautifully clean and everything brand new. Location was directly on a wonderful championship golf course and excellent value as well as a spa, pool and gym all on site.
