We returned home last week after a lovely stay. The house was everything we needed it to be as a base for our holiday. Lovely outside space that we enjoyed eating our meals at because we were lucky with the weather. Dartmouth is beautiful, the house is right at the top of the hill from the main harbour and things so is a bit of a walk all uphill on the way back. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and really comfy. It was a slightly longer hill walk than anticipated (plus the stairs) into and back from town and the parking was a bit tricky with a larger car but managable. The location was great. Book in advance for restaurants! We had a great stay. The beds were also extremely comfortable. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in this amazing home with the most beautiful surroundings overlooking the water and the steam train and is within walking distance of the shops. The house more than met expectations. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. WiFi is installed and there are also a lot of games to entertain yourself with. It has our highest recommendations. We’d love to come back another day.

I’d definitely stay there again. incredibly beautiful views and a very cosy apartment. Can’t emphasize how beautiful the view was!! we spent all our time sitting next to the large French windows! a very nice kitchen and squeaky clean bathrooms. Great location in Kingswear, close to the ferry, train and bus. I’d recommend 100%
