We were extremely happy with our booking. The home was fantastic, clean, comfortable, well equipped and had a beautiful garden and sun terrace. No complaints from us at all. Good walking access to Kingsbridge, although up hill on the way back. The only thing I would say is the split level layout inside may be an issue to those with mobility issues. We loved it here and would love to come back.

The place was a great space! The kitchen was clean and it was lovely to have a big dining area as well as a comfortable living room to relax in. Our dog loved the garden and you can see the harbour which was a bonus! Three comfy double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to choose from. The street was quiet & plenty of space to park! ‘Absolutely beautiful property! We loved the kitchen and dining room space with the big blue comfy sofa to lounge on. The house was absolutely spotless and it was great having a bathroom on each floor (both with amazing showers). Great place to stay to explore Dartmouth and the whole of south hams. Hot tub is a great addition and golfers wandering by provided entertainment all day long! Can recommend the Sportsmans arms for dinner and the old inn, also worth going to Dittisham and getting the ferry over to greenway! Fantastic stay and would come again!

Just a great cottage, superb views, spotlessly clean throughout, due to the storm things took a bashing , sadly the diversion through Kingsbridge was a major inconvenience.
