We had a wonderful few days at the Boathouse – the location is second to none! To listen to the waves crash into the sea wall was the best! The pub was just right and the food was fantastic. All in all we had a relaxing and enjoyable weekend in a unique property with huge appeal. I hope to return soon.

“Great location about 10 mins walk to centre of town with free parking. Very spacious house very clean and tidy and very nice welcome basket with M&S products. Relaxing terrace area to rear although quite a few steps up to reach but super views. Also a nice little seating area in the front garden just outside the house”.

Great location! Lovely and spacious apartment. The kitchen was a bit cramped with five people at the table. The living room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view and evening sun. The ferry to Dartmouth is very close and runs very frequently (7am-11pm). We took the Round Robin ferry to Totnes, a lovely trip. Totnes itself was very nice, and we visited the castle. The house is absolutely beautiful and a very comfortable place to relax. The views were a joy and we appreciated the use of mirrors to enhance the views from all angles. We enjoyed the spa bath in the main bedroom. Lots of thoughtful touches.

Location is excellent but the room was smaller than I anticipated. I am a larger man and couldn’t get into the gap in the shower. Also the room was very warm. Just letting larger people know that maybe one of the other rooms in the property would be better suited. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was superb (one of the reasons I can’t get in the shower!).

“Had a really nice stay over Easter. The house is clean and tidy and has everything you’d need. Good parking right outside the property makes things easy. A bit of a climb from the town, but not too strenuous and helps to burn off the calories !! Great host, everything went very smoothly”.

Had a great time at Dart Lookout – it’s in a great part of town and had garage parking which was a huge bonus. Beautiful home with beautiful views. Would definitely stay here again.
