Booked for a long family weekend (3 adult couples) and had a fabulous stay. The property is the perfect balance between a 10-15 minute walk into central Dartmouth and a nice, quiet location with spectacular riverside views towards Dartmouth harbour. Furnished to an exceptionally high standard. Paul’s communication and responsiveness, before and during our stay was flawless. Would 100% recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning lodge! The property is hi-spec, very modern, and impeccably designed, offering plenty of space and comfort for our family. The Apartment is ideally located, 2 minutes walk from the shops and river. Parking permit for car park which is only 5 minutes walk away. Apartment is spotlessly clean. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need, with lots of cupboard space to store your own food, which isn’t always the case in rental properties. Lower deck was a great space , very clean most things you needed were supplied . Great view easy and walking to town and castle If you need to message Paul responded quickly. We’ve been to Dartmouth about 10 times over the years , first time staying at lower deck . We’ll definitely be back !
