“Had a really nice stay over Easter. The house is clean and tidy and has everything you’d need. Good parking right outside the property makes things easy. A bit of a climb from the town, but not too strenuous and helps to burn off the calories !! Great host, everything went very smoothly”.

Cider House is a beautiful and very clean house. Few meters away from it is a small green area with a few benches, trees and grass. Also there is pleace for barbecue. Front garden was secure for my dog witch was a bonus. Great communication with Poul and localization just few minutes by car to the beautiful beaches of Devon! We had a great stay!

Tucked away on the edge of the estuary with the high tide bringing the river right up to the back french doors. Very cosy, clean and comfortable with everything we needed including wood for the fire. We had a wonderful stay in this particularly special location.

Beautiful location with wonderful views. Ideally situated with local amenities conveniently situated. Not easy for those with walking difficulties as there are steep steps down to the property. Does need some attention to the interior and exterior decoration as it is showing signs of wear. That aside this is a very nice home to enjoy whatever the weather with picture windows and rap around terraces

Pictures don’t do it justice! Beautifully decorated – attention to detail in every room. Thoughtful touches provided. Went as a family of 7 plus dog and plenty of room for us all to sit & not be on top of each other. Walking distance to the beach & the Italian just by the house is amazing – highly recommend. Dartmouth park & ride is about 10 min easy drive away making a lovely day out. Loved our stay & hope to retur…

We had a wonderful stay with YDE staying at the beautiful lodge number 2 on the Dartmouth golf and leisure estate. The lodge was beautifully clean and everything brand new. Location was directly on a wonderful championship golf course and excellent value as well as a spa, pool and gym all on site. Excellent location in the centre of town. 2 mins to the harbour, no steep hills. Lovely rooms, large opening windows. Very clean. Breakfast was the best we have ever had. Great host, very responsive. Quiet road. Mattress could have been abit more sopportive but overall was excellent. Had a great time
