Beautiful, perfect spot, just on the beach. Quiet with amazing views over the beach. Contacted host about turning up hot water and immediately received a lovely message explaining where the switch was. Comfortable and spacious place that has been part of creating new lovely memories ! Thank you

Second visit, as good as ever in terms of location and amenities. Parking is a major bonus. Beds are the comfiest we’ve ever slept in on holiday and having so many bathrooms is a real luxury! Highly recommend.

Such a lovely and spacious place! We didn’t get the chance to use the terrace and BBQ as the October weather was a bit unpredictable, but we can imagine how beautiful it would be to wake up to the sunrise over the estuary. We are familiar with Dartmouth so this was easy to find. Gorgeous location and view. Flat comfortable and Paul super responsive. The road is blocked at the moment which I didn’t quite realise beforehand – so we had to carry our stuff but honestly not a big deal for us. We were only there for 3 days. Place clean and lovely.
