Was a great house for a family get together .Including small children . Lots of different spaces but not too big . Very well appointed with everything we needed . Lovely location . Quiet and rural but near enough to a good road to get places . Various members of the party went running and we all walked to the pub in Halwell . I can’t think of any thing negative.

Place was lovely and clean, instructions from Paul were easy to enter and leave property On a quiet road about 15 minute walk from the town, going in is easy as its downhill back is a bit harder as it eventually becomes quite steep. Incredible house with the most amazing views! We stayed for 5 days for my Mum’s 70th birthday – 6 adults and 4 kids. We had such a lovely time, staying in the house and exploring Dartmouth. The house is very well equipped. We would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Great place to stay to explore Dartmouth and the whole of south hams. Hot tub is a great addition and golfers wandering by provided entertainment all day long! Can reccomend the Sportsmans arms for dinner and the old inn, also worth going to Dittisham and getting the ferry over to greenway! Fantastic stay and would come again!
