Great location! Lovely and spacious apartment. The kitchen was a bit cramped with five people at the table. The living room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view and evening sun. The ferry to Dartmouth is very close and runs very frequently (7am-11pm). We took the Round Robin ferry to Totnes, a lovely trip. Totnes itself was very nice, and we visited the castle. We had a great time here despite the weather not being the best. The house had everything we needed, although a bbq would be nice, particularly if it had been warmer. The magnificent view of the harbour captivated us time and time again. But even apart from the location, I would have loved the apartment. It has everything you need and it has character. Check-in was easy, parking was straightforward, and there’s plenty to do nearby. Perfect!

Really Lovely place to stay. Kids loved the animals On the farm. Comfortable, everything we needed for our stay. Kids loved playing in the attic space. Nice and quiet. Close to Dartmouth/Salcombe. Would definitely stay again.

“Alf’s Rooms are simply fantastic. We stayed in the two B&B rooms and the studio flat. The kids loved the bunk beds. We had a wonderful bedroom. My mum stayed in the studio flat and it has great decor and a cool nautical theme. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. Over Dartmouth, the river and you can see the sea.
You pop downstairs for the best breakfast in Dartmouth. Amazing service from all staff.”

“The most perfect place to stay in Dartmouth for our group of 5! Beautiful spacious house, all the amenities you could need, comfy beds, beautiful garden and terrace with amazing views.
