Nice accommodation. Bedrooms were snug but fine. Nice en suite to the master. Lovely views and hot tub. Great for golfers. Short drive to Dartmouth and surrounding areas.

Great location to visit the beaches and coastal towns of East/South Devon, e.g. short driving distance from the gem Dartmouth, very much recommended with kids because of the crab fishing from the quay. House was very clean and new, little bit smaller than expected but it had everything we needed, and hottub was a big plus. Stunning location. The view is beautiful and so, so peaceful. Friendly cats, ducks, pigs, cows and sheep made this place extra special. Accommodation is clean, modern, comfortable and well equipped. Enjoyed complimentary Prosecco and coffee – thank you! So close to Slapton sands and Blackpool sands which are both beautiful. Our second time at Mewstone. New owner has kept the same high standards. Absolutely fantastic location and such a restful view. One piece of advice, if the shared pool is important to you (it wasn’t to us) check it’s available and ready. That said this is a high quality property and we love it. Two parking spaces and no more than a couple of minutes walk into Dartmouth town centre what’s not to love.

We’ve actually stayed in this location before and so knew it and loved it. This lodge was beautifully maintained and superbly equipped. As an Airbnb host myself I was really pleased to see just how clean and it was. Would definitely re-book and happily recommend to friends and family. Bravo!

Pear Tree Lodge was so homely, with a stunning garden, peaceful and with comfy beds. It’s in a quiet location but very walkable and close to the estuary and Kingsbridge. The South Hams are stunning 🏝️ A little gem of a place. 💎
