Great place to stay to explore Dartmouth and the whole of south hams. Hot tub is a great addition and golfers wandering by provided entertainment all day long! Can reccomend the Sportsmans arms for dinner and the old inn, also worth going to Dittisham and getting the ferry over to greenway! Fantastic stay and would come again!

The Townhouse was nice, but a little cold. It was clean and well maintained. Not too far from Dartmouth shops and restaurants. Easy walk in, but a big climb back – good workout 😁.

We had a marvellous few days in Dartmouth. The Captains Cabin was queerly and had views to die for. Paul was a great host and responded promptly to messages. The cafe made breakfast easy and lived up to the reviews. Highly recommend the stay to anyone wanting something a bit different

This place in Dartmouth is wonderful. A very spacious house that is perfectly located near to all the shops, pubs and restaurants. The view from the front of the house is to die for. The garage is larger than it looks as is a real bonus for Dartmouth (where it is notoriously difficult to park). What an amazing apartment! The views are stunning. The beds were great and everything was spotless. Long stay parking during the day was a bit tricky as the road to Warfleet is shut so it’s a long drive round but not a major problem for us. We had a brilliant stay and Paul was very helpful and responsive.
