Beautiful house and views. Stunning location just to relax and watch life on the River Dart, potter around historic Dartmouth or get out onto the coast path. Wonderful Sun trap that made late February feel like early summer! There are quite a few steps down to the property and lack of parking was the only downside. Highly recommend.

I would have liked an oven admittedly…it’s obviously got a lot of history so the doors don’t close easily and the locks are awkward. Not having blinds that block light was also a bit issues for me as a sleeper wanting a dark room. However, the location is amazing and the charm is unbeatable so I can’t complain. We had a great stay and would definitely go back! It’s a lovely, modern house with gorgeous views and is on a farm (so great for kids to see the tractors / cows / pigs in the mornings!). A friendly cat visited us all the time too.
