For unloading, there are three 1 hour parking bays directly outside the property, which proved very handy on arrival. “We had a fabulous time in Dartmouth, the room was the perfect size, clean and cosy. It did heat up quite a bit towards the end of the day as it faces the sun all afternoon. But nothing an open window in the evening couldn’t fix. However, was a perfect location and the breakfast was amazing. Overall, we had a great time and we will be returning! 😁”

Wonderful cabin, everything was perfect. Unfortunately I had emergency surgery the week prior to arriving which delayed our arrival date by a few days, but Paul was super accommodating and responsive to messages. The cabin was a great place to rest and recuperate surrounded by nature and with the comfiest bed and sofas imaginable, we were sorry to leave!

Lovely spacious central flat. Quality furnishings, comfortable and clean. The flat is very close to resturants shops and habour all short walking distance. The flat although on main road was very quiet and the bedroom suoer comfty. The bath was a lovely feature. We had a lovely weekend in Dartmouth and would totally recommend.

We enjoyed an excellent stay at Solstice from start to finish. Great communication from our hosts throughout, excellent accommodation – from cleanliness, furnishings, equipment to comfort. In a great location with fab views of the Dart estuary. Even the parking was great as the seasonal restrictions didn’t kick in until after our stay finished!

We had an excellent stay, only a minute to walk to the beach we enjoyed swimming in the sea every day. We loved the back garden with a BBQ, lots of comfortable seating and perfect sea view. Would definitely recommend and we would love to stay again.

A beautiful setting in Devon. The house sits on a gorgeous plot surrounded by rolling hills and a super garden. We had three families in the house, 6 adults and 7 children and there was plenty of space for us all to not feel on top of each other.
