Great little cabin. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Woke to bird song each day. Loved the log fire. Perfect if you want to get away from it all. It is a remote location and difficult to get about with the dreaded Devon lanes surrounding it, but if you want peace, you will find it here. Good luck finding the microwave and washing machine! It’s there….just not where you might expect!

Lovely peaceful location, loved the secure little private courtyard at the front, we could sit leave the door open so the dog could come and go freely, the grassy area a few yards away was also great for the dog to explore. We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful lodge number 2 on the Dartmouth golf and leisure estate at Dartmouth Grove. The lodge was beautifully clean and everything well thought through with a local theme. Location was directly on a wonderful championship golf course and excellent value as well as a spa, pool, tennis court and gym all on site. What a fabulous few days we’ve had at Stargazy over Christmas. The location was perfect, off the beaten track, but within reach of pubs/shops etc. The house itself is beautiful with views of the beach and ocean, a wonderful backdrop for Christmas dinner it has to be said. Paul was a fantastic host, always responsive, leaving a bottle of bubbly for our arrival and decorating the lounge with a lovely tree.
