We booked this place for a family pre Xmas stay and were not disappointed in any way. The house is as described, but better in the reality. It felt like a home from home, spacious, warm, perfect;y clean, and the high quality and comfortable furnishings were appreciated by all. Lovely location by the river and an easy walk to Dartmouth. A beautiful apartment with lovely views across the estuary. The walk from the town is about 10mins and fine without a lot to carry. It’s quite a long incline. Not steep though. And it’s definitely worth it when you get there! Super comfortable and the photos don’t do it justice! We had a great stay and would certainly book it again. Lovely house in a stunning location, very walkable into Dartmouth. Once we caught the ferry from towards the castle to Dartmouth for a bit of fun. House is beautiful and very modern. Paul was extremely proactive and managed sort out an issue we had quickly.
