We had a lovely week at the lodge.Spacious and very clean. Relly enjoyed relaxing in the grounds and using the hot tub. Very well equipped with everything you might need and a perfect location to explore the local area. Highly reccomended.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the start of March & had a wonderful stay. The descriptions and pictures do not do this house justice & the master bedroom and outside seating even had a sea view! We travelled as a girl group of friends but all agreed we would be back with our partners and families.

A lovely flat with fantastic views out across the River Dart. We stayed here at the end of a week’s walk along part of the South West Coast Path and it was an excellent base for Dartmouth/KIngswear for a couple of days before we headed home.

“We loved the Hen House and it was spotless. It was perfect for our family of 4 and would easily and comfortably host 3 kids with parents. We had amazing weather and spent several days at Bantham Beach, a day at Start Point and a day at Woodlands theme park. The property was as described and well equipped. Parking was excellent and under a canopy so out of reach of seagulls! We are very familiar with Kingsbridge which is good and central and has 2 supermarkets if not planning to eat out every day. In all we would certainly recommend it and plan to stay again in the future.

Just back from a fantastic three nights at the place. The location of the house is fabulous, just 1-2 minutes walk from the beach. It felt very homely and comfortably sleeps 8 Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea and beach was sublime. Great location, weather was a bit mixed when we stayed but with such a great view did not matter. Being able to step out straight into the beach was a joy having two energetic dogs. Nice pub short walk away.

This property is in the perfect location, near to all shops, we know Dartmouthvery well but for anyone on there first visit this place is perfect for them

The location was great, the flat was clean, heating worked well and the parking permit was an added bonus. However it would have been nice to have some instructions on how to get the rather inadequate shower to turn on, and also how to receive a signal on the television. Not bad, but not great either.
