Beautiful large property that suited all ages. Stunning garden and outdoor areas. Could do with a few tea bags for arrival and some slightly better directions to arrive. Would definitely book again.

Great location! Lovely and spacious apartment. The kitchen was a bit cramped with five people at the table. The living room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view and evening sun. The ferry to Dartmouth is very close and runs very frequently (7am-11pm). We took the Round Robin ferry to Totnes, a lovely trip. Totnes itself was very nice, and we visited the castle. A beautiful townhouse in a great location with views out to the Dart estuary, right around to Kingswear and the town. Exceptional. Parking in garage under the property too is a very big bonus.

Very spacious townhouse, extremely well equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable with lovely white bedding. Very convenient location above the town in Dartmouth, but it is a fair walk down down the hill and then back up again. The area was quiet and it was great to have parking outside the house. Perfect if you need a bunk room to crash in the centre of Dartmouth. Ideal for sailors not wanting to stay on board, or for anyone wanting to enjoy the delights of Dartmouth. It is compact, but perfectly functional and perfectly located. Great breakfasts included downstairs at the wonderful Cafe Alfresco.
