Lovely house in a stunning location, very walkable into Dartmouth. Once we caught the ferry from towards the castle to Dartmouth for a bit of fun. House is beautiful and very modern. Paul was extremely proactive and managed sort out an issue we had quickly.

Very clean and stylish home with all you need. Location was really good although there is a hill to walk up and down into Dartmouth – we didn’t find that a problem and the town in lovely.

Great location! Lovely and spacious apartment. The kitchen was a bit cramped with five people at the table. The living room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view and evening sun. The ferry to Dartmouth is very close and runs very frequently (7am-11pm). We took the Round Robin ferry to Totnes, a lovely trip. Totnes itself was very nice, and we visited the castle. This fantastic 3 bed holiday home is everything you could wish for, close to the town with amazing views and spacious modern accomodation. Fully equipped kitchen (although we ate out every night) large spacious rooms and private garage parking too. Highly recommended.

Great location, easy walk to everything in town and just a short walk from the car park. Really comfy and cosy. There was a bit of noise from the two local pubs but it didn’t really impact or bother us. Would happily return next time.

We had the best time staying here as a family of 6. The house was wonderfully well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. It’s in a perfect location for beach days, walks, and visiting Burgh Island. We absolutely loved ‘The Stargazy Arms’, the upper terrace, playing darts made our evenings so special. A perfect Thursday to Sunday getaway!
