We had a lovely stay at the property as a family with 2 young children (5 and 1 years). The property is incredibly quiet and the neighbours on the farm were very friendly. There were toys, games and craft items available for the children. We had a lovely stay at this property in Dartmouth, the house was an ideal place for our family, being close to the town and having its own parking. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, the beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

Really enjoyed our stay and wished we were staying longer! The house is beautiful and great for a big family group. The kitchen is a lovely social space, the lounge is so comfortable and we loved eating outside on the patio. Easy bus journey into Dartmouth if you don’t want to drive and find parking. The Green Dragon pub in the village is brilliant for food and drinks – the staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Fantastic house and location. All the beds were especially comfortable which is really important when you’re away from home. Having parking was a godsend. Brilliant location, only used the car once and used public transport a lot. Can’t recommend Dartmouth highly enough. One small negative was the lack of a nonstick frying pan, which would have made the experience even better than it was.

A lovely apartment, super clean with everything that you could want and with beautifull views over the estuary. Location is great and short walk to the town and great restaurants and bars. Street parking was available nearby.

Wonderful location, as it is accessed via a car park with a very short walk along a rivers edge & into a field – finding it in the dark was a challenge but another time it would be a breeze. A lovely little cottage right on the beach, you couldn’t possibly have got any closer. The current road closure at Slapton Sands meant it was much quieter than usual which was fab for us as we don’t like it busy.
