The magnificent view of the harbour captivated us time and time again. But even apart from the location, I would have loved the apartment. It has everything you need and it has character. Check-in was easy, parking was straightforward, and there’s plenty to do nearby. Perfect!

We loved getting to know Devon and the property’s unique features; the hot tub was the perfect temperature and very clean, and the house had everything we needed. we were very happy and will certainly be back.

We had a great stay at the property which was ideal for our family and would happily return there. The location was brilliant for walking into town with excellent crabbing for the children to enjoy! The parking space was a huge bonus and as we were out of season and took a second car, free on road parking was easily accessible near by. So much to do in and around Dartmouth for all ages to have fun!

On a very steep hill, so loading and unloading can be challenge. Great views and location. No parking nearby.
