Beautiful large property that suited all ages. Stunning garden and outdoor areas. Could do with a few tea bags for arrival and some slightly better directions to arrive. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful well presented and comfortable accommodation. Quiet & peaceful location. Only downside was the parking but that goes for most of Dartmouth. Loved our time there. Highly recommended.

Super peaceful surrounded by woodlands and private – even though there are eight lodges, you would never know as they are all obscured by trees. We had such a lovely time at this house. The setting is breathtaking. The location is great. We hiked to both beaches, and to the small cove that is not accessible by cars. Our kids had a blast. Highly recommend.

A great house for a un fussy large family stay… well equipped, plenty of rooms for all our needs (eating, playing games and chilling and plenty of loos!) Very pretty surroundings and not too far (if you drive!) from the lovely towns of Totnes and Dartmouth.
