This apartment was in a great spot very near to all the shops and restaurants, but it was still a quiet street at night. The apartment was pristine and spacious, and had everything you would need, including the parking permit for the nearby car park. We had a great few days.

A beautiful place in lovely surroundings, very spacious and good instructions. There are lots of very narrow lanes around the area so be prepared for lots of reversing!

Great place – the garage parking is a rare thing and the views from the property are perfect. From watching the ferries, to the weather coming in, you can spend hours sitting in the bay windows quite happily! A very short walk into town as well.

We escaped to the beautiful 9 Riverside Wharf for a Mother’s Day weekend with kids ranging from 5-8, and parents in their 70’s. What a great time we had! The views of the apartment were amazing, and so well equipped! The walk to the ferry and into Dartmouth was the perfect length managed easily by age 5-75 . Great location , a minute walk to see the harbour. Opposite from the lower ferry crossing and would reccommend the walk to Blackpool Sands via Dartmouth Castle and South West Coastal Path. We caught the No 93 bus back into Dartmouth after lunch on the beach. Accommodation had everything you would expect.

The elegant apartment was exactly as advertised. We were so pleased. The location is superb. The restaurants, bars and shops are all within an easy amble. Would highly recommend.
