We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. After wet beach walks we enjoyed warming up in front of the log burner watching a film. A really peaceful location and we felt right at home and comfortable straight away. Location was great for exploring neighbouring towns, beaches and amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay. The barn was well equipped and in a great location with the beach just a 15-20 walk away and the village store and pub just around the corner. The area is beautiful with a lot of stunning coastal walks and Dartmouth and Brixham not far away. We can highly recommend staying at this place.

Stunning property. Super warm. Hot tub very well maintained with daily checks. Lovely views. Small construction site nearby wasn’t a problem at all. Very responsive host. Great facilities but make sure you book spa well in advance!

My sister and I came with our two children for the half term. We wanted to get into the hustle and bustle of Dartmouth, without being in the middle. The house is in a great location, close to beaches/shops/local attractions. The house its self was perfect, plenty of space, well equipped and super cosy! We’ve visited this property several times. The view from the roof terrace is wonderful especially if the weather is good. The living and bedroom accommodation is comfortable. The house is very close to the town with all it’s lovely restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend this property.

The most beautiful property! The view from house was spectacular, the whole house was decorated beautifully. You couldn’t find a better spot up the River Dart to watch the boats go by and the sun rise. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
