The house was amazing from the moment we got there and whilst the weather was a little interesting on day 1, it didn’t matter as we had a great place to relax in. Paul was awesome with clear instructions from the outset and checked in to make sure all was good. Cannot recommend it enough and will be looking at a return trip in the spring.

We had a fantastic holiday staying at Ritson Farm, there was plenty of room for 10 adults, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need, the beds were very comfy and it was great having so many bathrooms with so many of us. Great little space for solos or couples. Within two minutes walk of most of the lower part of Dartmouth, loads of great pubs and cafes. The space itself is very quirky with hatches and hidden storage spaces, with lots of sea memorabilia without feeling cluttered or dusty. “The house is very comfortable and well maintained . It offers everything you need. Three adults have enough space.You can quickly walk to the city center and have shopping ,pubs and restaurants. Parking near the property is always available.Very nice landscape. Small towns ,beaches and hiking trails are easy to reach. All in all recommended.”

This fantastic 3 bed holiday home is everything you could wish for, close to the town with amazing views and spacious modern accomodation. Fully equipped kitchen (although we ate out every night) large spacious rooms and private garage parking too. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at Palm Cott. Directions for access were clear. The cottage was well-furnished and the beds were super comfy. We were grateful for the fans as the heatwave meant it got a bit stuffy at night!
