Beautiful house and views. Stunning location just to relax and watch life on the River Dart, potter around historic Dartmouth or get out onto the coast path. Wonderful Sun trap that made late February feel like early summer! There are quite a few steps down to the property and lack of parking was the only downside. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Really enjoyed our stay. The mattresses and pillows are super comfy so great nights sleeps experienced by all of us. The bathroom has one of the best showers I have ever used. Great pressure. Totally recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again.

Second visit, as good as ever in terms of location and amenities. Parking is a major bonus. Beds are the comfiest we’ve ever slept in on holiday and having so many bathrooms is a real luxury! Highly recommend.

Ideal accommodation for music festival. Central location but away from street noise. Bunk room is rather small but beautifully formed. I stayed alone this visit but room have shared with a friend in the past during a biking tour. It was a lovely place to lay our heads. A gorgeous stay between all the places worth visiting in South Devon, and a 20 minute drive from the lovely town of Totnes. Really peaceful, and a beautifully restored building. Best suited to those with a car as it is remote. Highly recommended.

A lovely little find in South Devon! We had a really relaxing stay at the flat, it’s perfectly located right in the centre of town, yet still peaceful and quiet. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby, and it’s just a short walk to the ferries. Would definitely recommend!
