Perfect location for easy walking to Totnes shops and restaurants, and also just 15 min walk from train station. The spotless and well organised flat was perfect for our four night break. Paul provided clear instructions and was very flexible.

The spot is absolutely gorgeous on the river. Super peaceful & a cute little space. Beds were comfortable. I don’t feel it’s worth the price though, the kitchen didn’t have oil or butter to do cooking. for the price, i was expecting just the essentials so i didn’t have to go out and buy them to cook. Also, the place is full of spiders and spiderwebs – especially in the bathroom and twin bedroom. Opening the windows …

Our stay in this Dartmouth property was absolutely amazing. The views were stunning, the people were great, the town had plenty to do and lots of history, the weather was perfect, etc. I couldn’t have asked for more. Paul was extremely helpful throughout and he was always there to help instantly whenever I needed it. I couldn’t recommend this stay more. You’ll have a great time!

Really enjoyed our stay and wished we were staying longer! The house is beautiful and great for a big family group. The kitchen is a lovely social space, the lounge is so comfortable and we loved eating outside on the patio. Easy bus journey into Dartmouth if you don’t want to drive and find parking. The Green Dragon pub in the village is brilliant for food and drinks – the staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Great position close to centre of Dartmouth. Parking pass for central car park was excellent. Accommodation excellent- very clean and well laid out. Facilities excellent. We can thoroughly recommend this property.

Lower Heywood is well located, very close to beautiful views, shops and local restaurants. Out of season, if you’re lucky there is on street parking opposite which we benefitted from during our stay. The accommodation is well appointed with good quality fixtures and fittings and equipment. It is comfortable and warm. There is a stylish free standing bath as well as a good shower. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay in Dartmouth – location of the flat is perfect, close enough to everything you need but quieter than the centre. Views are amazing and the property is very well equipped. The main bedroom could do with a bigger bed – it’s a double not a king! But overall a fantastic property and highly recommend
