Brambles annexe was easy to find, very quiet location and a nice little base to explore the local area from. The property is looked after by the lovely couple next door who popped by to check everything was ok. On arrival we messaged Paul to let him know the loo seat was very loose, quick response and repaired straight away. This property is in the perfect location, near to all shops, we know Dartmouthvery well but for anyone on there first visit this place is perfect for them

A charming comfortable Edwardian house within easy walking distance to Dartmouth and a marvellous view to watch the ‘ Lower Ferry’ working, very relaxing.
There is also a garage which is extremely convenient as parking in Dartmouth is very restricted.
The house was well equipped, clean & comfortable.

Excellent location in the centre of town. 2 mins to the harbour, no steep hills. Lovely rooms, large opening windows. Very clean. Breakfast was the best we have ever had. Great host, very responsive. Quiet road. Mattress could have been abit more sopportive but overall was excellent. Had a great time

We were a family of 8 adults and 3 children who stayed for 5 days. The location was a perfect base for exploring Devon by car. We had a wonderful stay, the accommodation was spacious, layout was perfect for us as grandparents were accommodated on ground floor and our 2 families upstairs with a perfect split with 2 bedrooms each with a bathroom.
