We love coming to Thurlestone and Spindrift is a beautiful property perfectly placed to walk to the hotel, Village Inn and beaches. The house has a secure garden and is dog friendly. There are great amenities and things to do inside if the weather is inclement. Paul is a great host who responds quickly to messages and sorts out any problems without any fuss.

The most beautiful property! The view from house was spectacular, the whole house was decorated beautifully. You couldn’t find a better spot up the River Dart to watch the boats go by and the sun rise. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Paul responded straight away with no hassle and just like that I was sorted. The place itself is in an amazing part of Dartmouth with the river and all local restaurants within walking distance. We had a great couple of days here. I stupidly left my suitcase and Paul very helpfully let me know. Lots of info and it is such a stunning location. Dartmouth has been a family favourite for years but after many camping trips to the area we decided to upgrade and book this property. It did not disappoint. The views are incredible, we had everything we needed in the apartment and the location was perfect for walking into town. We would highly recommend and most certainly will be back.

I stayed in Dart Lookout for 8 days and it really is a sanctuary and a place to relax and watch the world go by. Birds, cruise ships, staff from the hotel below, next door’s dog – I watched and enjoyed them all from the window seat of dreams that is the best part of this house.
