Just finished a weekend with friends in Devon. The house was very clean and tidy with all the amenities you could ever need. Fantastic location, very quiet and tranquil, plenty of great parking and very secure. Would 100% stay again!!

We had a wonderful few days at the Boathouse – the location is second to none! To listen to the waves crash into the sea wall was the best! The pub was just right and the food was fantastic. All in all we had a relaxing and enjoyable weekend in a unique property with huge appeal. I hope to return soon.

This is such a beautiful place to stay, especially with the incredible garden and decking, my dogs were absolutely thrilled. At the very top of the garden there’s an incredible viewpoint looking over Dartmouth! If you have mobility issues, it might not be the most accessible, as getting up the hill to the house gets quite steep at the top, however it was worth the walk for me and my family, and we would come back wi…

The photos of this place don’t actually do it justice! Such a beautiful home with the most incredible views. We had to park in the main car park and then walk to the house which I’m sure would have been less stressful if we didn’t have a lot of bags, but we managed! We would honestly come and stay here again. Watching the boats from the top window was so peaceful!
