We had a lovely holiday here. Perfect location. Beautiful views across the river – loved watching the ferry go back and forth! The house is a very short walk into the centre of Dartmouth to access all the shops and amenities. There is a fabulous pub right next door which was welcoming and a lovely spot for food and drink. Our stay was a perfect base for a family holiday. The nearness of the beach a definite asset especially when you have a 3 year old with you! You could easily pop back if something had been forgotten. Despite the time of year we had glorious weather; it seems to have it’s own micro climate which left us mostly sunny and dry whilst most other places had rain? Just returned from a 4 day break, the bungalow is modern, immaculate, a beautiful garden with views of the countryside, you have everything you need here, there is lots of literature to help you navigate Devon, maps, walks, best beaches etc which we found really helpful. The town and estuary are a few minutes walk away, I would recommend the crabshell inn on the estuary, great food and a good vibe.

Our stay in this Dartmouth property was absolutely amazing. The views were stunning, the people were great, the town had plenty to do and lots of history, the weather was perfect, etc. I couldn’t have asked for more. Paul was extremely helpful throughout and he was always there to help instantly whenever I needed it. I couldn’t recommend this stay more. You’ll have a great time!

Amazing weekend stay for my mums 60th birthday! The accommodation was exactly as pictured, very clean and came with lots of homely extras that you don’t always get! Instructions and communication all very clear! 5 minute drive down into the beautiful town of Dartmouth, with lovely places to eat or just a general stunning walk around. We added the hot tub and it was just perfect!
