The house was amazing from the moment we got there and whilst the weather was a little interesting on day 1, it didn’t matter as we had a great place to relax in. Paul was awesome with clear instructions from the outset and checked in to make sure all was good. Cannot recommend it enough and will be looking at a return trip in the spring.

What an amazing place, surpassed our expectations and this is the first time I have written that in a review. The accommodation was much bigger than expected and ideal for our group. The children and big adults loved the table tennis and darts board. Beds were comfy and it was stylish in the way it was kitted out. We loved it and highly recommend.

This was a magical short break for our extended family. A beautiful house set in magnificent grounds which the photos really don’t do justice. The five children in our group all loved discovering the hidden garden and the pathways surrounding the property. All rooms were tastefully decorated, large and many, especially the big conservatory, with its wide opening doors, have superb views of the South Hams hillsides. …

Amazing few days away to see in the new year! Place was spotless! Having a Christmas tree was such a lovely surprise! Enjoying the hot tub on a cold evening was great! The lodge was beautiful! Booked for a long family weekend (3 adult couples) and had a fabulous stay. The property is the perfect balance between a 10-15 minute walk into central Dartmouth and a nice, quiet location with spectacular riverside views towards Dartmouth harbour. Furnished to an exceptionally high standard. Paul’s communication and responsiveness, before and during our stay was flawless. Would 100% recommend!

The accommodation was lovely, very clean, bigger than the photos suggest. The views are idillic. Tyhe beds were comfortable. The patio is a bonus, exp in Dartmouth which often doesn’t have outside space. Don’t be put off by the lack of allocated parking. With a little management of what is available publicly , we were able to park easily even in late June. We will definitely book again.
