Great place to stay to explore Dartmouth and the whole of south hams. Hot tub is a great addition and golfers wandering by provided entertainment all day long! Can recommend the Sportsmans arms for dinner and the old inn, also worth going to Dittisham and getting the ferry over to greenway! Fantastic stay and would come again!

We had a lovely holiday here. Perfect location. Beautiful views across the river – loved watching the ferry go back and forth! The house is a very short walk into the centre of Dartmouth to access all the shops and amenities. There is a fabulous pub right next door which was welcoming and a lovely spot for food and drink. The house was roomy and comfortable in a sublime setting overlooking a beautiful valley. The garden was lovely, including its own walled garden and two streams tinkling their way below it. We couldn’t have been happier!

Our second time at Mewstone. New owner has kept the same high standards. Absolutely fantastic location and such a restful view. One piece of advice, if the shared pool is important to you (it wasn’t to us) check it’s available and ready. That said this is a high quality property and we love it. Two parking spaces and no more than a couple of minutes walk into Dartmouth town centre what’s not to love.

We have been there with 1 toddler and a baby for two days. We have enjoyed it a lot. The farm was next to our house. The house was very clean as shown in the photos. However we have struggled to find a halal spot to eat near there.
