Fantastic house and location. All the beds were especially comfortable which is really important when you’re away from home. Having parking was a godsend. Brilliant location, only used the car once and used public transport a lot. Can’t recommend Dartmouth highly enough. One small negative was the lack of a nonstick frying pan, which would have made the experience even better than it was.

We had such a lovely stay at Dartmouth Grove Golf Club and honestly didn’t want to leave. Even though the weather was a little gloomy at times, it somehow made the whole experience feel even more cosy and peaceful. Great position close to centre of Dartmouth. Parking pass for central car park was excellent. Accommodation excellent- very clean and well laid out. Facilities excellent. We can thoroughly recommend this property.

“We had a fabulous time in Dartmouth, the room was the perfect size, clean and cosy. It did heat up quite a bit towards the end of the day as it faces the sun all afternoon. But nothing an open window in the evening couldn’t fix. However, was a perfect location and the breakfast was amazing. Overall, we had a great time and we will be returning! 😁”

We’ve visited this property several times. The view from the roof terrace is wonderful especially if the weather is good. The living and bedroom accommodation is comfortable. The house is very close to the town with all it’s lovely restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend this property.

The property was as described and well equipped. Parking was excellent and under a canopy so out of reach of seagulls! We are very familiar with Kingsbridge which is good and central and has 2 supermarkets if not planning to eat out every day. In all we would certainly recommend it and plan to stay again in the future.

Lovely house in a stunning location, very walkable into Dartmouth. Once we caught the ferry from towards the castle to Dartmouth for a bit of fun. House is beautiful and very modern. Paul was extremely proactive and managed sort out an issue we had quickly.
