Just finished a weekend with friends in Devon. The house was very clean and tidy with all the amenities you could ever need. Fantastic location, very quiet and tranquil, plenty of great parking and very secure. Would 100% stay again!!

We had a wonderful few days here. It was very clean & well equipped & and easy walk into the centre of Dartmouth. The car parking space was an added bonus. Recommend 100% although the steep steps would be a challenge for v young children or those with mobility issues but that is explained in the listing. Would definitely book again if return to beautiful Dartmouth.

Easy to find great location for exploring Brixham, short walk into town and harbour as well as well as exploring Berry hill and coastal walks. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay, great place.

We came for a much needed break and Lower Heywood was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We loved the roll top bath, powerful shower and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The food festival was a bonus for a wonderful town that has a special place in our hearts as we got engaged here 32 years ago. A beautiful apartment with lovely views across the estuary. The walk from the town is about 10mins and fine without a lot to carry. It’s quite a long incline. Not steep though.
