Beautiful location within walking distance to town and coastal path virtually outside. Lovely terraces and balconies, very well equipped and very clean. Extremely comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Beautifully decorated a really special place

Booked for a long family weekend (3 adult couples) and had a fabulous stay. The property is the perfect balance between a 10-15 minute walk into central Dartmouth and a nice, quiet location with spectacular riverside views towards Dartmouth harbour. Furnished to an exceptionally high standard. Paul’s communication and responsiveness, before and during our stay was flawless. Would 100% recommend!

Ideal accommodation for music festival. Central location but away from street noise. Bunk room is rather small but beautifully formed. I stayed alone this visit but room have shared with a friend in the past during a biking tour. It was a lovely place to lay our heads. We have just returned from a few days at the lodge in between Christmas and New Year. It was absolutely gorgeous , so cosy and in such a beautiful setting. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas as well. We really loved the log burner in the evenings, it’s clear that everything has been thought out carefully in the lodge. The beds are so comfortable and the decor absolutely lovely, we were sad to leave!

The location is quite unique and looking onto the sea is very special. Even more special is the close proximity to the sea, so you can go to bed listening to the waves and wake up to them. Gorgeous

A beautiful place to stay if you are coming to Dartmouth. The home has amazing views, it’s a great space and very clean and tidy. It had everything you needed, very quiet and all round lovely! Along side this, check in was very easy! Although parking is a little limited, Paul was so helpful and responsive throughout the booking and we found parking quickly and just by the house! Would definitely stay here again!
