Very communicative and helpful. This is one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed in, was very clean and had everything we needed. Amazing view of Dartmouth and very unique interior for a special stay. We slept really well and found the space was even bigger than it looked on the listing too. Would definitely stay here again.

“Great house with great location; there was just 5 minutes to city centre. Paul was very welcoming and we were greeted with a nice welcoming pack. Some board games were available in the living room as well which had a beautiful view. Beds were also very clean and comfortable. Thank you.”

This place is ideal for a short break in Totnes. We loved the convenience and centrality although it is tucked away on a side street. Totnes is full of great eateries and independent shops and there are lots of things round and about to do too. Perfect if you need a bunk room to crash in the centre of Dartmouth. Ideal for sailors not wanting to stay on board, or for anyone wanting to enjoy the delights of Dartmouth. It is compact, but perfectly functional and perfectly located. Great breakfasts included downstairs at the wonderful Cafe Alfresco.
