Great location and handy to have the parking permit. Coukd do with some soap in the bathroom. There is a small courtyard outside of the back of the property.

Fabulous location and ideal base to explore it from. Facilities were good and the house was clean and comfortable. The Host was contactable, accommodating and responsive. Would thoroughly recommend whether for multiple guests or just as a getaway for a couple.

Dart Loft was a beautifully appointed flat in the centre of Dartmouth, ideal for exploring the area, including with our new baby. For unloading, there are three 1 hour parking bays directly outside the property, which proved very handy on arrival. Lower deck was a great space , very clean most things you needed were supplied . Great view easy and walking to town and castle If you need to message Paul responded quickly. We’ve been to Dartmouth about 10 times over the years , first time staying at lower deck . We’ll definitely be back !

The property is in a good location and it was easy to get inside with very clear instructions. The beds were really comfortable and rooms were of a good size. The rooms were very clean and well maintained and bathrooms were lovely. The kitchen and utensils were great, and a nearby co op allowed for ease of getting essentials such as tea and coffee.
