We had a lovely holiday here. Perfect location. Beautiful views across the river – loved watching the ferry go back and forth! The house is a very short walk into the centre of Dartmouth to access all the shops and amenities. There is a fabulous pub right next door which was welcoming and a lovely spot for food and drink. “We had a fabulous time in Dartmouth, the room was the perfect size, clean and cosy. It did heat up quite a bit towards the end of the day as it faces the sun all afternoon. But nothing an open window in the evening couldn’t fix. However, was a perfect location and the breakfast was amazing. Overall, we had a great time and we will be returning! 😁”

Lovely spacious central flat. Quality furnishings, comfortable and clean. The flat is very close to resturants shops and habour all short walking distance. The flat although on main road was very quiet and the bedroom suoer comfty. The bath was a lovely feature. We had a lovely weekend in Dartmouth and would totally recommend.

“Had a really nice stay over Easter. The house is clean and tidy and has everything you’d need. Good parking right outside the property makes things easy. A bit of a climb from the town, but not too strenuous and helps to burn off the calories !! Great host, everything went very smoothly”.
