We loved The Captain’s Cabin! The furnishings really did make us think we were staying on a boat. Breakfast at Alf Fresco was an added bonus. A perfect base for our weekend walking the coast path.

We had a wonderful few days at the Boathouse – the location is second to none! To listen to the waves crash into the sea wall was the best! The pub was just right and the food was fantastic. All in all we had a relaxing and enjoyable weekend in a unique property with huge appeal. I hope to return soon.

We absolutely love the Rivershack and have stayed several times in the past. The location is amazing, right on the river. We swam everyday when the tide was in. The shack is small but has everything you need, from a utility area for wetsuits and muddy boots, a hot shower as well as a free standing bath, really comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Great position close to centre of Dartmouth. Parking pass for central car park was excellent. Accommodation excellent- very clean and well laid out. Facilities excellent. We can thoroughly recommend this property.
