Lovely, clean home with very comfortable beds. It’s located on a steep hill, but it offers beautiful views and is just a short, easy walk to the marina. We loved being so close to Dartmouth’s great boutique shops, cafes, and ice cream spots. Perfect for a family stay!

We had a lovely stay in Dartmouth. A beautiful house in the perfect location to walk into town or for a swim at Sugary Cove. A quick bus ride to Blackpool Sands beach too! Paul was a responsive host who quickly answered any of our queries.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. Starting with the positives, it was super quiet and very peaceful in the evenings which was surprising as it’s on the main high street. The cottage was very clean and as expected. Check in was super smooth with the keys easy to find. All in all, we were pleased with everything. We couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate a really special stay in Dartmouth. Our son was passing out from Britannia Naval College and it was my wife’s 60th Birthday. The house was perfect. Amazing location just above the town with views over the river from every beautifully decorated room. We loved our stay at Pear Tree Lodge. The house has a bright open feel, a slightly unique layout on two levels (there are a few stairs to the bedrooms) which I loved, large bright rooms and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a wonderful stay in this amazing home with the most beautiful surroundings overlooking the water and the steam train and is within walking distance of the shops. The house more than met expectations. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. WiFi is installed and there are also a lot of games to entertain yourself with. It has our highest recommendations. We’d love to come back another day.
