Great communications from the owner and really timely info about check in. The flat felt bigger than the pictures showed and was really very well decorated. The bed in master room was thankfully a King size and very comfortable, the single beds were also ample. A lovely flat with fantastic views out across the River Dart. We stayed here at the end of a week’s walk along part of the South West Coast Path and it was an excellent base for Dartmouth/KIngswear for a couple of days before we headed home.
