We loved the Boathouse and will definitely be returning! Beautiful location, the sea on the doorstep and lovely accommodation. Wished we could have stayed for longer, the pubs/restaurants are within walking distance and the food was amazing! We had a wonderful few days during the heatwave in the cottage. Loved it all. the location is amazing, just a few steps to the beach where we enjoyed swimming in the sea. And right on the SW Coast Path.

Great views. Well equipped. Comfy beds. Downside it’s on 4 floors with spiral stairs. Only 1 bedroom en-suite so the others tend to share 1 bathroom not ideal with 8 adults in the house. Water pressure not great. Needs black out curtains as rooms light at 5. Long trek to the kitchen from the road. Very narrow to get to the property. But we did have a good time.

A lovely barn conversion, that is close to the beach and Dartmouth. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house had everything we needed, and we especially loved the design and the beautiful kitchen. But the best thing was the location, so close to the high street, the river and the bus stop, while still feeling wonderfully quiet and peaceful. We had a really relaxing few days here and would happily stay again

Best value B and B we’ve stayed in. Spacious room with comfy firm bed. Amazing breakfast included – proper fresh orange juice, locally sourced bacon, sausage and egg. A popular place for breakfast.
