This apartment was in a great spot very near to all the shops and restaurants, but it was still a quiet street at night. The apartment was pristine and spacious, and had everything you would need, including the parking permit for the nearby car park. We had a great few days.

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I don’t think there are many more perfect places for a small group in Dartmouth. We didn’t mind the short uphill walk to walk off all the food we were eating! I particularly liked the big red/orange chair and watching the boats pass from the window. We have just returned from a few days at the lodge in between Christmas and New Year. It was absolutely gorgeous , so cosy and in such a beautiful setting. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas as well. We really loved the log burner in the evenings, it’s clear that everything has been thought out carefully in the lodge. The beds are so comfortable and the decor absolutely lovely, we were sad to leave!

The most amazing and charming cottage. We had the best time staying at Cider Cottage for Christmas with our two children. The cottage was clean, tidy, well equipped with all cooking utensils and a Christmas tree was even provided, which was a lovely touch. Fantastic house and location. All the beds were especially comfortable which is really important when you’re away from home. Having parking was a godsend. Brilliant location, only used the car once and used public transport a lot. Can’t recommend Dartmouth highly enough. One small negative was the lack of a nonstick frying pan, which would have made the experience even better than it was.

The barn is really lovely, tucked away on a small farm. The bedroom is a mezzanine with the bed near the floor and a very low ceiling, sloping in on both sides. It’s quite an awkward space to move around in.

We had a lovely few days as a family in the home. The house is a one off and beautiful. The handy walkable distance to Dartmouth was ideal to discover the restaurants and shops. Look forward to returning in the future!
