We were a family of 8 adults and 3 children who stayed for 5 days. The location was a perfect base for exploring Devon by car. We had a wonderful stay, the accommodation was spacious, layout was perfect for us as grandparents were accommodated on ground floor and our 2 families upstairs with a perfect split with 2 bedrooms each with a bathroom. ‘Absolutely beautiful property! We loved the kitchen and dining room space with the big blue comfy sofa to lounge on. The house was absolutely spotless and it was great having a bathroom on each floor (both with amazing showers). Beds were very comfortable and you have the option of having a queen bed or 2 singles in one room. Although the walk into town isn’t far, walking back up the hill is good exercise! The one …

A spacious, clean house in a great location. The garden is lovely too and a sun trap. It is very peaceful despite a close location to town. You can walk from the house to the harbour very quickly. Comfortable beds. A great stay.

Lovely house in a stunning location, very walkable into Dartmouth. Once we caught the ferry from towards the castle to Dartmouth for a bit of fun. House is beautiful and very modern. Paul was extremely proactive and managed sort out an issue we had quickly.

Very nice villa and very luxurious, and it was very clean. It will definitely be our option every time we come to Dartmouth.
