“A beautiful house in spectacular surroundings. Perfect for our family celebration. Everything we needed for adults and children; well equipped kitchen, games room, comfy beds, lovely lounge and the most beautiful view from a large conservatory. Open the patio doors and it was like a painting or tv scene, great grounds for exploring. Loved the walled garden and a good bbq area. Perfect. Thank you.”

We had a great stay at the property which was ideal for our family and would happily return there. The location was brilliant for walking into town with excellent crabbing for the children to enjoy! The parking space was a huge bonus and as we were out of season and took a second car, free on road parking was easily accessible near by. So much to do in and around Dartmouth for all ages to have fun!

Well appointment property which accurately matched the description and photos. It was clean and tidy and bright and modern. The property has amazing views of the harbour and Dartmouth Atwood the river. The steam train station is literally less than 5 minutes away and the steam trains can be seen chugging along from the property. I asked for a late checkout and Paul was very accommodating. Lovely apartment in a great location. Really enjoyed our stay. The mattresses and pillows are super comfy so great nights sleeps experienced by all of us. The bathroom has one of the best showers I have ever used. Great pressure. Totally recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again.
