“Alf’s Rooms are simply fantastic. We stayed in the two B&B rooms and the studio flat. The kids loved the bunk beds. We had a wonderful bedroom. My mum stayed in the studio flat and it has great decor and a cool nautical theme. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. Over Dartmouth, the river and you can see the sea.
You pop downstairs for the best breakfast in Dartmouth. Amazing service from all staff.”

An excellent stay in this apartment in the centre of Dartmouth. Very handy to have the parking permit and everything is within walking distance. The apartment is maintained and equipped to a very high standard making it a comfortable home away from home.

“Great house with great location; there was just 5 minutes to city centre. Paul was very welcoming and we were greeted with a nice welcoming pack. Some board games were available in the living room as well which had a beautiful view. Beds were also very clean and comfortable. Thank you.”

Lovely spacious central flat. Quality furnishings, comfortable and clean. The flat is very close to resturants shops and habour all short walking distance. The flat although on main road was very quiet and the bedroom suoer comfty. The bath was a lovely feature. We had a lovely weekend in Dartmouth and would totally recommend.

Me and my family absolutely loved our time staying here. The place was spotless when we arrived, and check-in was super easy. We loved it so much we’re planning on going there again! Paul was super responsive with questions, and the plot is surrounded by gorgeous scenery. We had a very enjoyable few days in this charming apartment. it was as good as and even better than the photos. It was beautifully appointed and the views from the windows over the Dart were breathtaking and wonderful to wake up to each morning. Luckily we were blessed with perfect autumn weather. “Had a really nice stay over Easter. The house is clean and tidy and has everything you’d need. Good parking right outside the property makes things easy. A bit of a climb from the town, but not too strenuous and helps to burn off the calories !! Great host, everything went very smoothly”.
