Fantastic place, great size and extremely well placed for the town, just a 1 minute walk. Bed and shower great and kitchen very well equipped. Very quite area and the parking permit is such a great addition. Only a 5 minute walk and spaces always available for us. You can park outside for an hour between 9am to 6pm. Outside of these hours is fine. Dartmouth offers so much and we really enjoyed the local area. Booked…

Lovely, homely cabin in the woods. The whole place was well designed and thought out with attractive interiors. We only had breakfast in, so can’t comment on kitchen facilities really, but everything was spotless. The bathrooms had soft towels and were again very clean.

We have just spent the most wonderful long weekend at Steppes. It is the most wonderful house with an amazing view which was perfect for a big family get together. Coffee on the deck in the morning sunshine, looking at everything going on in the harbour and the view out to see was just incredible. Thank you for letting us enjoy this wonderful house.

What a truly breathtaking property. The pictures just don’t match up to the wow factor when you walk in. Of course the unbelievable views help , but the house itself is beautiful! Right on the river , we could have stayed on the balcony for the whole weekend just relaxing and enjoying the view. The location was great, the flat was clean, heating worked well and the parking permit was an added bonus. However it would have been nice to have some instructions on how to get the rather inadequate shower to turn on, and also how to receive a signal on the television. Not bad, but not great either.

Really Lovely place to stay. Kids loved the animals On the farm. Comfortable, everything we needed for our stay. Kids loved playing in the attic space. Nice and quiet. Close to Dartmouth/Salcombe. Would definitely stay again.
