Well appointment property which accurately matched the description and photos. It was clean and tidy and bright and modern. The property has amazing views of the harbour and Dartmouth Atwood the river. The steam train station is literally less than 5 minutes away and the steam trains can be seen chugging along from the property. I asked for a late checkout and Paul was very accommodating. Really liked it and they were so nice and the instructions were very easy to find the villa although the road was closed, but they made it very easy to find it We reached late at night and it was raining but thanks to clear instructions. Perfect location for easy walking to Totnes shops and restaurants, and also just 15 min walk from train station. The spotless and well organised flat was perfect for our four night break. Paul provided clear instructions and was very flexible.

The house was amazing from the moment we got there and whilst the weather was a little interesting on day 1, it didn’t matter as we had a great place to relax in. Paul was awesome with clear instructions from the outset and checked in to make sure all was good. Cannot recommend it enough and will be looking at a return trip in the spring.

Lovely place to stay. I became a regular at Seven Stars as it was really close. Convenient to everything. You do not need a car here. I even took the Tally Ho bus to Salcombe Beach.

Extremely cosy and spacious cottage set in a beautiful setting. We felt at home straight away in the warmth decor and spent the perfect Christmas with the family. The host was very proactive and welcoming. I would strongly recommend Cedar cottage for families looking to explore Devon.

“Alf’s Rooms are simply fantastic. We stayed in the two B&B rooms and the studio flat. The kids loved the bunk beds. We had a wonderful bedroom. My mum stayed in the studio flat and it has great decor and a cool nautical theme. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. Over Dartmouth, the river and you can see the sea.
You pop downstairs for the best breakfast in Dartmouth. Amazing service from all staff.”
