Stunning location. The view is beautiful and so, so peaceful. Friendly cats, ducks, pigs, cows and sheep made this place extra special. Accommodation is clean, modern, comfortable and well equipped. Pretty flat, beautiful decorated and just right for 3 people working the food festival. Easy to find, parking might be an issue in summer but in October it was a breeze. Great hosts and would definitely recommend.

Wow. What a very special place this is. For a start it’s in a brilliant position overlooking the river in lovely Dartmouth. We’ve visited this property several times. The view from the roof terrace is wonderful especially if the weather is good. The living and bedroom accommodation is comfortable. The house is very close to the town with all it’s lovely restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend this property.
