The house was amazing from the moment we got there and whilst the weather was a little interesting on day 1, it didn’t matter as we had a great place to relax in. Paul was awesome with clear instructions from the outset and checked in to make sure all was good. Cannot recommend it enough and will be looking at a return trip in the spring.

We had a lovely week i n Lower Deck. It is a short stroll down into the town and a longer walk in the opposite direction to the castle and round the headland. We loved waking up to the views across the water and we managed the whole week without using our car, taking ferries and buses to visit Totnes, Brixham and Agatha Christie’s house, Greenway. Dartmouth has a lot of independent shops to indulge in and we ate out…

A gorgeous stay between all the places worth visiting in South Devon, and a 20 minute drive from the lovely town of Totnes. Really peaceful, and a beautifully restored building. Best suited to those with a car as it is remote. Highly recommended.

Great communications from the owner and really timely info about check in. The flat felt bigger than the pictures showed and was really very well decorated. The bed in master room was thankfully a King size and very comfortable, the single beds were also ample.
