We had a wonderful stay in Thurlestone – a long weekend – Thurs to Monday and despite Storm Amy we had some good times on the beach and local farm park attractions. The home was wonderfully appointed and had everything we needed and even suitable toys for the 18 month old in our party!

We loved the location. The view of the creek from the bedrooms and lounge is beautiful and so peaceful. We enjoyed being able to open the doors to the juliet balcony in the evenings. The apartment is light and airy and the kitchen well equipped. It was great to have 2 full sized bathrooms and the bedrooms were a generous size. Paul was very quick to respond to messages and we really enjoyed our stay.

Pomeroy Cottage was perfect for our stay in Totnes. minutes across the lovely bridge over the Dart, the location enabled us to walk to the centre of town in minutes yet feel like we were living in a quiet enclave when we came home. We found the house attractive, clean and comfortable & the perfect base for visiting Dartmoor, Teignmouth and the English Riviera beaches.

We had a lovely stay at here. Beautiful property, spacious and clean. Only thing I would say is the steps up to the property are a mission with a baby/pram however this is to be expected in Dartmouth. Was a bonus to have a parking space right outside the property. Best value B and B we’ve stayed in. Spacious room with comfy firm bed. Amazing breakfast included – proper fresh orange juice, locally sourced bacon, sausage and egg. A popular place for breakfast.
