A beautiful private house with a lovely garden for dog and children. Surrounded by high hedges you wouldn’t have known there were houses around at all. Many butterflies on the hedge in the back garden and we even had a pheasant arrive on the front lawn one day. Cedar house was absolutely perfect. We visited as a family of 8, 6 adults and 2 small children. The house was absolutely spotless, well furnished and had everything we needed. We genuinely could not have been happier with our stay, I would highly recommend.

Great little space for solos or couples. Within two minutes walk of most of the lower part of Dartmouth, loads of great pubs and cafes. The space itself is very quirky with hatches and hidden storage spaces, with lots of sea memorabilia without feeling cluttered or dusty. What a truly breathtaking property. The pictures just don’t match up to the wow factor when you walk in. Of course the unbelievable views help , but the house itself is beautiful! Right on the river , we could have stayed on the balcony for the whole weekend just relaxing and enjoying the view. Tucked away on the edge of the estuary with the high tide bringing the river right up to the back french doors. Very cosy, clean and comfortable with everything we needed including wood for the fire. We had a wonderful stay in this particularly special location.
