Really lovely property, beautifully decorated. Perfect base for short break. We did not struggle to park on the road near the property, but did not then move the car. Very convenient for all local shops, bars and restaurants. Lacking wine glasses (all mismatched). I would imagine the living area would be very squashed if fully occupied, fine for two of us and dog. Fully equipped to a high standard with everything you need .. apart from a cheese knife and a full length mirror.
Spotlessly clean interior and well maintained.
External steps and patio were very slippy and the patio furniture tired.
Would have loved an earlier standard check in time or the opportunity for luggage store.

Excellent location in the centre of town. 2 mins to the harbour, no steep hills. Lovely rooms, large opening windows. Very clean. Breakfast was the best we have ever had. Great host, very responsive. Quiet road. Mattress could have been abit more sopportive but overall was excellent. Had a great time

A beautiful setting in Devon. The house sits on a gorgeous plot surrounded by rolling hills and a super garden. We had three families in the house, 6 adults and 7 children and there was plenty of space for us all to not feel on top of each other.
