Second time staying at Trafalgar Cottage, but first time under current owners. The cottage is (still!) stunning with superb views, and this time round parking was much simpler as we managed to get free parking along the embankment (it’s only free until May!). Paul the new owner was great, booking was simple, instructions clear, and he responded quickly to messages. Overall highly recommended!

Wonderful cabin, everything was perfect. Unfortunately I had emergency surgery the week prior to arriving which delayed our arrival date by a few days, but Paul was super accommodating and responsive to messages. The cabin was a great place to rest and recuperate surrounded by nature and with the comfiest bed and sofas imaginable, we were sorry to leave!

A very enjoyable stay! Dartmouth was lovely and the house is relatively close to the high street … but the hill up to the house was quite the incline – It was just about manageable with young children / pram.

We had a wonderful stay in this amazing home with the most beautiful surroundings overlooking the water and the steam train and is within walking distance of the shops. The house more than met expectations. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. WiFi is installed and there are also a lot of games to entertain yourself with. It has our highest recommendations. We’d love to come back another day.

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning lodge! The property is hi-spec, very modern, and impeccably designed, offering plenty of space and comfort for our family. The golf and recreation facilities were excellent, and the location was ideal for a relaxing yet active break. The hosts were friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect. Highly recommend for those seeking a luxurious, well-equipped getaway!

Such a lovely and spacious place! We didn’t get the chance to use the terrace and BBQ as the October weather was a bit unpredictable, but we can imagine how beautiful it would be to wake up to the sunrise over the estuary. One of the most beautiful places we ever stayed in. Right from entering the appartment we felt at home – the nook in which the bed is is so cosy, the open kitchen makes it feel so homely. This property has been finished to an extremely high standard and didn’t disappoint in any way. The views of Dartmouth are amazing and, being tucked away, is really quiet and secluded. The castle is only a short walk away as is the coastal path if you like walking. Dartmouth town is only 15mins or so by foot. I would certainly like to return in the future.
