“The most perfect place to stay in Dartmouth for our group of 5! Beautiful spacious house, all the amenities you could need, comfy beds, beautiful garden and terrace with amazing views. The location is perfect as you have parking but also 5-10 minutes walk into the centre where you have many great pubs and restaurants. We will be back soon I’m sure!”

Best value B and B we’ve stayed in. Spacious room with comfy firm bed. Amazing breakfast included – proper fresh orange juice, locally sourced bacon, sausage and egg. A popular place for breakfast.

Fantastic property, great views and wonderfully looked after. Had a really relaxing short break. Arrival instructions were perfect given the current road closure. Dartmouth is lovely with wonderful pubs, cafes and shops.

I’d definitely stay there again. incredibly beautiful views and a very cosy apartment. Can’t emphasize how beautiful the view was!! we spent all our time sitting next to the large French windows! a very nice kitchen and squeaky clean bathrooms. Great location in Kingswear, close to the ferry, train and bus. I’d recommend 100%

We had a lovely holiday here. Perfect location. Beautiful views across the river – loved watching the ferry go back and forth! The house is a very short walk into the centre of Dartmouth to access all the shops and amenities. There is a fabulous pub right next door which was welcoming and a lovely spot for food and drink. Great place to stay to explore Dartmouth and the whole of south hams. Hot tub is a great addition and golfers wandering by provided entertainment all day long! Can recommend the Sportsmans arms for dinner and the old inn, also worth going to Dittisham and getting the ferry over to greenway! Fantastic stay and would come again!
