“Incredible location for a relaxing weekend away with friends. Beach literally on the doorstep for walks or more adventurous surfing/windsurfing/paddle boarding etc. Lovely pub on Burgh Island (need to book for dinner) with the added adventure of the sea tractor at high tide. A charming comfortable Edwardian house within easy walking distance to Dartmouth and a marvellous view to watch the ‘ Lower Ferry’ working, very relaxing.
There is also a garage which is extremely convenient as parking in Dartmouth is very restricted.
The house was well equipped, clean & comfortable.

Dart Loft was a beautifully appointed flat in the centre of Dartmouth, ideal for exploring the area, including with our new baby. Lower deck was a great space , very clean most things you needed were supplied . Great view easy and walking to town and castle If you need to message Paul responded quickly. We’ve been to Dartmouth about 10 times over the years , first time staying at lower deck . We’ll definitely be back !
