The photos of this place don’t actually do it justice! Such a beautiful home with the most incredible views. We had to park in the main car park and then walk to the house which I’m sure would have been less stressful if we didn’t have a lot of bags, but we managed! We would honestly come and stay here again. Watching the boats from the top window was so peaceful!

Great little find – the apartment is very well fitted out with everything you could need for a getaway. Very convenient central location but very quiet at the same time – except the seagulls! 😉

We loved the location. The view of the creek from the bedrooms and lounge is beautiful and so peaceful. We enjoyed being able to open the doors to the juliet balcony in the evenings. The apartment is light and airy and the kitchen well equipped. It was great to have 2 full sized bathrooms and the bedrooms were a generous size. Paul was very quick to respond to messages and we really enjoyed our stay.

“This is a gem, right in the centre of Dartmouth. Everything from start to finish was marvellous. Breakfast at Alfs was super good. This is a truly unique place. Next booking we hope to go for the Captains apartment at top of house. We highly recommend King Alf’s.”

Arrived a bit early & cleaners just finishing off so went for a short walk. Place was spotless. Comfy beds and nice bed linen. Bit of miscommunication regarding coffee makers as id read the Nespresso machine was no longer at property, messaged Paul to ask & he said it wasn’t there so I said I’d bring my cafetière.
