Just finished a weekend with friends in Devon. The house was very clean and tidy with all the amenities you could ever need. Fantastic location, very quiet and tranquil, plenty of great parking and very secure. Would 100% stay again!!

Fantastic cottage right on the beach where you are able to watch the sunrise before braving the sea. The location is great with a good pub close by and restaurants as well as a very good farm shop which its possible to walk to. The cottage itself has everything you need with a fabulous view. We loved the location. The view of the creek from the bedrooms and lounge is beautiful and so peaceful. We enjoyed being able to open the doors to the juliet balcony in the evenings. The apartment is light and airy and the kitchen well equipped. It was great to have 2 full sized bathrooms and the bedrooms were a generous size. Paul was very quick to respond to messages and we really enjoyed our stay.

The property was as described and well equipped. Parking was excellent and under a canopy so out of reach of seagulls! We are very familiar with Kingsbridge which is good and central and has 2 supermarkets if not planning to eat out every day. In all we would certainly recommend it and plan to stay again in the future.

What an amazing place, surpassed our expectations and this is the first time I have written that in a review. The accommodation was much bigger than expected and ideal for our group. The children and big adults loved the table tennis and darts board. Beds were comfy and it was stylish in the way it was kitted out. We loved it and highly recommend.
