The place was a great space! The kitchen was clean and it was lovely to have a big dining area as well as a comfortable living room to relax in. We throughly enjoyed our stay and the barn suited all our needs. Beds are comfortable with good quality bed linen. Great showers in both bathrooms again with good quality towels. Brambles annexe was easy to find, very quiet location and a nice little base to explore the local area from. The property is looked after by the lovely couple next door who popped by to check everything was ok. Great place to stay to explore Dartmouth and the whole of south hams. Hot tub is a great addition and golfers wandering by provided entertainment all day long! Can recommend the Sportsmans arms for dinner and the old inn, also worth going to Dittisham and getting the ferry over to greenway! Fantastic stay and would come again!

“The house is very comfortable and well maintained . It offers everything you need. Three adults have enough space.You can quickly walk to the city center and have shopping ,pubs and restaurants. Parking near the property is always available.Very nice landscape. Small towns ,beaches and hiking trails are easy to reach. All in all recommended.”

Great location in Dartmouth with all things to do a short walk away. Lot of pubs and restaurants nearby. There is a lovely view from the apartment and the facilities are good. Very responsive customer service with helpful recommendations for food/local attractions. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful getaway.
