Such a lovely and spacious place! We didn’t get the chance to use the terrace and BBQ as the October weather was a bit unpredictable, but we can imagine how beautiful it would be to wake up to the sunrise over the estuary. Clear, and prompt, communication was appreciated, and the surroundings were just so gorgeous with Autumn colours! We thoroughly recommend staying here (but don’t tell anyone! ;))

What a great place to stay! Made a weekend away with 4 under 6s so much easier. Loved the table tennis and games room not to mention the super garden for football and runaround games. All rooms immaculate and well appointed. The huge living space is such an advantage with all those comfy sofas. All that and only an 8 minute walk to The Village Inn. What’s not to love! We will definitely go back.

What an amazing apartment! The views are stunning. The beds were great and everything was spotless. Long stay parking during the day was a bit tricky as the road to Warfleet is shut so it’s a long drive round but not a major problem for us. We had a brilliant stay and Paul was very helpful and responsive.

We absolutely loved the Captains Cabin! We would definitely stay again. It was so quirky and the views were fantastic from the balcony!
