Amazing 5 nights stay at this beautifully furnished new property. Incredible location with panoramic views of the river and harbour. 20 mins walk to the town – a bit far for some people maybe but we wanted a quieter spot. The place was a great space! The kitchen was clean and it was lovely to have a big dining area as well as a comfortable living room to relax in. Our dog loved the garden and you can see the harbour which was a bonus! Three comfy double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to choose from. The street was quiet & plenty of space to park! The Townhouse was nice, but a little cold. It was clean and well maintained. Not too far from Dartmouth shops and restaurants. Easy walk in, but a big climb back – good workout 😁.

We had a wonderful few days at the Boathouse – the location is second to none! To listen to the waves crash into the sea wall was the best! The pub was just right and the food was fantastic. All in all we had a relaxing and enjoyable weekend in a unique property with huge appeal. I hope to return soon.

A beautiful place to stay if you are coming to Dartmouth. The home has amazing views, it’s a great space and very clean and tidy. It had everything you needed, very quiet and all round lovely! Along side this, check in was very easy! Although parking is a little limited, Paul was so helpful and responsive throughout the booking and we found parking quickly and just by the house! Would definitely stay here again!
