We had a great few days over the New Year. The location was perfect for us as it was easy to get into the town centre and also easy to get onto the coastal path for a walk by the sea. The views from the apartment are amazing

We had a lovely stay. The barn was well equipped and in a great location with the beach just a 15-20 walk away and the village store and pub just around the corner. The area is beautiful with a lot of stunning coastal walks and Dartmouth and Brixham not far away. We can highly recommend staying at this place.

“Beautiful home in the most stunning location. The kids loved exploring the grounds and the view was very much appreciated. Plenty of space in the house for all 12 of us, and very clean. Host sent a really useful link with all information required for check in and our stay, as well as tips on places to explore, which we used alot! it’s a very stylish spacious apartment, with very large beds and spacious bathrooms. however it would be nice to have a few little essentials on arrival, tea bags, coffee pods, biscuits, that is just a nice welcome when you’ve travelled a very long way. it didn’t effect us as we brought our own, but there was nothing to wash up with or wipe the counters with and no dishwasher tabs, only 2 tea towels. otherwise we ha…

My sister and I came with our two children for the half term. We wanted to get into the hustle and bustle of Dartmouth, without being in the middle. The house is in a great location, close to beaches/shops/local attractions. The house its self was perfect, plenty of space, well equipped and super cosy!
