A charming comfortable Edwardian house within easy walking distance to Dartmouth and a marvellous view to watch the ‘ Lower Ferry’ working, very relaxing.
There is also a garage which is extremely convenient as parking in Dartmouth is very restricted.
The house was well equipped, clean & comfortable.

Apartment was spacious. A long one way system made finding the front of the building a challenge. The satnav takes you to the wrong side of the building. Apartment is before Hoyles garage oin the Lower Contour Road.

Stunning property. Super warm. Hot tub very well maintained with daily checks. Lovely views. Small construction site nearby wasn’t a problem at all. Very responsive host. Great facilities but make sure you book spa well in advance!

This place is incredible. Don’t be put off by the location and the country lanes. It is well worth it. It was by far the most peaceful and relaxing place I’ve ever stayed, and is so well decorated and furnished. Lovely touches including a bottle of wine on arrival!
