The views!! Highly recommend this place – we stayed as 5 adult couples. Views are breathtaking, house is well equipped & clean. Great comms, easy to find. Location is perfect for walking into town and also quiet enough to chill on the balcony. We made good use of the BBQ and terraces. We’d definitely return – no one wanted to leave! “This is a characterful, quaint studio apartment, at the very top of a house right in the heart of Dartmouth, above a bustling and delicious café. The views across the estuary are unrivalled. The furnishings are characterful, the kitchen basic but does the job for a simple meal and ideal for a sunset drink and nibbles on the little balcony which is in the best possible place”.
