Great communications from the owner and really timely info about check in. The flat felt bigger than the pictures showed and was really very well decorated. The bed in master room was thankfully a King size and very comfortable, the single beds were also ample. A beautiful place to stay if you are coming to Dartmouth. The home has amazing views, it’s a great space and very clean and tidy. It had everything you needed, very quiet and all round lovely! Along side this, check in was very easy! Although parking is a little limited, Paul was so helpful and responsive throughout the booking and we found parking quickly and just by the house! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful views from top floor characterful accommodation. Walking distance to harbour and choice of great venues. Over a fabulous cafe/restaurant serving delicious breakfast. Hope to be back very soon.

We had some lovely evening walks down to the harbour and we found the location ideal, even with my aunt and some mobility issues (walking stick).
