We enjoyed our stay at Solstice, which was well equipped. The first-floor open plan kitchen and lounge area, with great views over the River Dart, certainly lived up to the listing. Be aware that the stairs up to the otherwise excellent top bedroom are not for the faint-hearted. Pomeroy Cottage was perfect for our stay in Totnes. minutes across the lovely bridge over the Dart, the location enabled us to walk to the centre of town in minutes yet feel like we were living in a quiet enclave when we came home. We found the house attractive, clean and comfortable & the perfect base for visiting Dartmoor, Teignmouth and the English Riviera beaches.

Great location, weather was a bit mixed when we stayed but with such a great view did not matter. Being able to step out straight into the beach was a joy having two energetic dogs. Nice pub short walk away.

A charming comfortable Edwardian house within easy walking distance to Dartmouth and a marvellous view to watch the ‘ Lower Ferry’ working, very relaxing.
There is also a garage which is extremely convenient as parking in Dartmouth is very restricted.
The house was well equipped, clean & comfortable.

We have been there with 1 toddler and a baby for two days. We have enjoyed it a lot. The farm was next to our house. The house was very clean as shown in the photos. However we have struggled to find a halal spot to eat near there.

Excellent place to stay right in the heart of Dartmouth. Easy access to all the town centre has to offer without the usual climb up a big hill. Clean and tidy, great for couple with the bath and good shower with plenty of storage. Bed was comfy. Would recommend to others.
