Very spacious townhouse, extremely well equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable with lovely white bedding. Very convenient location above the town in Dartmouth, but it is a fair walk down down the hill and then back up again. The area was quiet and it was great to have parking outside the house. Just back from a fantastic three nights at the place. The location of the house is fabulous, just 1-2 minutes walk from the beach. It felt very homely and comfortably sleeps 8 Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea and beach was sublime. A beautiful place in lovely surroundings, very spacious and good instructions. There are lots of very narrow lanes around the area so be prepared for lots of reversing!

Our weekend away in Dartmouth was very much enhanced by the very stylish (and clean!) Dart Loft. The location was perfect for exploring the town and river, and it was relatively straightforward to find somewhere to park while we unloaded the car. We’re already thinking about returning next year!

“Beautiful little place. Very short walk to Brixham harbour and a great location to explore South Devon. We had some lovely evening walks down to the harbour and we found the location ideal, even with my aunt and some mobility issues (walking stick).
