This is a delightful apartment with stunning views. Very light and airy. Easy walk into the town but in a very quiet location (particularly with the closed road). Very short walks to local swimming spots. I would recommend Warfleet Creek – only 5 minutes walk but was completely quiet even in a heat wave. Dartmouth is full of wonderful eating places and Lower Deck is a brilliant location to try them!

Wonderful stay in Dartmouth – location of the flat is perfect, close enough to everything you need but quieter than the centre. Views are amazing and the property is very well equipped. The main bedroom could do with a bigger bed – it’s a double not a king! But overall a fantastic property and highly recommend

The property is spotlessly clean and will decorated, with everything you need for a great stay away from home, including smart TV and radio for quiet nights in. Our weekend away in Dartmouth was very much enhanced by the very stylish (and clean!) Dart Loft. The location was perfect for exploring the town and river, and it was relatively straightforward to find somewhere to park while we unloaded the car. We’re already thinking about returning next year!

A group of four friends and I stayed there to celebrate my 30th birthday, and the experience was incredible from start to finish. We loved getting to know Devon and the property’s unique features; the hot tub was the perfect temperature and very clean, and the house had everything we needed. we were very happy and will certainly be back.

We absolutely loved the Captains Cabin! We would definitely stay again. It was so quirky and the views were fantastic from the balcony!
