Excellent location in the centre of town. 2 mins to the harbour, no steep hills. Lovely rooms, large opening windows. Very clean. Breakfast was the best we have ever had. Great host, very responsive. Quiet road. Mattress could have been abit more sopportive but overall was excellent. Had a great time

Just finished a weekend with friends in Devon. The house was very clean and tidy with all the amenities you could ever need. Fantastic location, very quiet and tranquil, plenty of great parking and very secure. Would 100% stay again!!

The Apartment is ideally located, 2 minutes walk from the shops and river. Parking permit for car park which is only 5 minutes walk away. Apartment is spotlessly clean. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need, with lots of cupboard space to store your own food, which isn’t always the case in rental properties. Excellent place to stay right in the heart of Dartmouth. Easy access to all the town centre has to offer without the usual climb up a big hill. Clean and tidy, great for couple with the bath and good shower with plenty of storage. Bed was comfy. Would recommend to others.
