Great location in Dartmouth with all things to do a short walk away. Lot of pubs and restaurants nearby. There is a lovely view from the apartment and the facilities are good. Very responsive customer service with helpful recommendations for food/local attractions. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful getaway. We throughly enjoyed our stay and the barn suited all our needs. Beds are comfortable with good quality bed linen. Great showers in both bathrooms again with good quality towels. Kitchen is well equipped too. It’s a fantastic location to walk to Blackpool Sands. The Green Dragon in the village is a very friendly pub serving delicious pizzas. Overall a v. good stay. Communicative in advance and nice accommodation in a great village. Rooms good, bathrooms great. If I had to give any constructive feedback then it would have been great to have some sort of coffee pod machine (personal preference). Also the house is on the warm side but there are good fans in every room.

Beautiful location and view. Can’t beat hearing the sound of the ocean from inside the place. Beds were comfy and nice water pressure in the shower. Clear instructions and friendly host to communicate with. Would stay again. Thank you for the nice experience!

The house was amazing from the moment we got there and whilst the weather was a little interesting on day 1, it didn’t matter as we had a great place to relax in. Paul was awesome with clear instructions from the outset and checked in to make sure all was good. Cannot recommend it enough and will be looking at a return trip in the spring.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. After wet beach walks we enjoyed warming up in front of the log burner watching a film. A really peaceful location and we felt right at home and comfortable straight away. Location was great for exploring neighbouring towns, beaches and amenities. Would definitely stay here again!
