A beautiful apartment with lovely views across the estuary. The walk from the town is about 10mins and fine without a lot to carry. It’s quite a long incline. Not steep though. We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was perfect for a long weekend in Devon. Literally 8 min drive outside of Dartmouth. The kids particularly loved the hot tub after spending the day out exploring. Thank you so much for having us!

Booked for a long family weekend (3 adult couples) and had a fabulous stay. The property is the perfect balance between a 10-15 minute walk into central Dartmouth and a nice, quiet location with spectacular riverside views towards Dartmouth harbour. Furnished to an exceptionally high standard. Paul’s communication and responsiveness, before and during our stay was flawless. Would 100% recommend!

This apartment was in a great spot very near to all the shops and restaurants, but it was still a quiet street at night. The apartment was pristine and spacious, and had everything you would need, including the parking permit for the nearby car park. We had a great few days.
