This property was absolutely perfect for a weekend away from London with friends. We only needed 2 of the bedrooms, but 2 other rooms were available. We brought our dog as well. Everyone thought the property was perfect for all we wanted to do. We came to dine at Seahorse and go hiking in the area. Dartmouth was a great home base for all we wanted to do – eat great seafood, breath fresh air, and be in the outdoors. …

We were extremely happy with our booking. The home was fantastic, clean, comfortable, well equipped and had a beautiful garden and sun terrace. No complaints from us at all. Good walking access to Kingsbridge, although up hill on the way back. The only thing I would say is the split level layout inside may be an issue to those with mobility issues. We loved it here and would love to come back.

A very comfortable and spotlessly clean apartment right in the centre of Dartmouth. Two bathrooms which was a bonus and a responsive host. Parking was available on the road outside the apartment.

This house, unassuming from the outside, is located in a quiet neighborhood, but its interior is charming and pleasant. A small welcome pack with coffee was in the kitchen. The top terrace invites you to relax and unwind, with a lovely view of the harbour and early morning sun. The second terrace is perfect for breakfast. Tucked away on the edge of the estuary with the high tide bringing the river right up to the back french doors. Very cosy, clean and comfortable with everything we needed including wood for the fire. We had a wonderful stay in this particularly special location.

“Great location about 10 mins walk to centre of town with free parking. Very spacious house very clean and tidy and very nice welcome basket with M&S products. Relaxing terrace area to rear although quite a few steps up to reach but super views. Also a nice little seating area in the front garden just outside the house”.
