A charming comfortable Edwardian house within easy walking distance to Dartmouth and a marvellous view to watch the ‘ Lower Ferry’ working, very relaxing.
There is also a garage which is extremely convenient as parking in Dartmouth is very restricted.
The house was well equipped, clean & comfortable.

Just returned from a 4 day break, the bungalow is modern, immaculate, a beautiful garden with views of the countryside, you have everything you need here, there is lots of literature to help you navigate Devon, maps, walks, best beaches etc which we found really helpful. The town and estuary are a few minutes walk away, I would recommend the crabshell inn on the estuary, great food and a good vibe.
