We’ve visited this property several times. The view from the roof terrace is wonderful especially if the weather is good. The living and bedroom accommodation is comfortable. The house is very close to the town with all it’s lovely restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend this property.

We’ve just returned from a lovely short break at Dart Loft. It is a very nice apartment very centrally located within easy reach of the lovely shops and numerous restaurants and pubs in Dartmouth. The apartment is very well equipped with very comfortable beds and nice bedding and also hot and powerful showers. The house was amazing from the moment we got there and whilst the weather was a little interesting on day 1, it didn’t matter as we had a great place to relax in. Paul was awesome with clear instructions from the outset and checked in to make sure all was good. Cannot recommend it enough and will be looking at a return trip in the spring.

We escaped to the beautiful 9 Riverside Wharf for a Mother’s Day weekend with kids ranging from 5-8, and parents in their 70’s. What a great time we had! We had a great couple of days here. I stupidly left my suitcase and Paul very helpfully let me know. Lots of info and it is such a stunning location. Weather wasn’t great but when you have beaches and views like that it really doesn’t matter. Beds comfy, everything lovely and clean. Would definitely come back again. Thank you
