Lovely apartment in a great location. Really enjoyed our stay. The mattresses and pillows are super comfy so great nights sleeps experienced by all of us. The bathroom has one of the best showers I have ever used. Great pressure. Totally recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again.

A great location with fantastic sea views. We didn’t have the weather for it but the rear garden and bar would be great in the warmer weather. The house was clean and well equipped, comfortable and homely.

We were extremely happy with our booking. The home was fantastic, clean, comfortable, well equipped and had a beautiful garden and sun terrace. No complaints from us at all. Good walking access to Kingsbridge, although up hill on the way back. The only thing I would say is the split level layout inside may be an issue to those with mobility issues. We loved it here and would love to come back.

Great location and handy to have the parking permit. Coukd do with some soap in the bathroom. There is a small courtyard outside of the back of the property.

Solstice is a lovely, bright and spacious place to stay. It is in the most wonderful location with beautiful views to keep you happy even on the rainiest of days, and is a perfect base for pottering into Dartmouth or enjoying a walk along the coastal path. I very much hope to stay there again!

This place is in an amazing location right next to the sea, couldn’t get any closer. Lovely accommodation with everything you need for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. Gorgeous walks on the door step, incredible views and great pubs and restaurants would highly recommend. Thanks Paul for our amazing stay. Would definitely return.

Beautiful view. Comfortable beds. Clean and well equipped. TV in living area and all 3 bedrooms. Great kitchen with everything you could need. Very comfortable all round.

“This house is absolutely breathtaking, the most fabulous place we’ve ever seen! Wow! Perfect location, perfect hosts. They even kindly let us extend your checkout which was so so kind. Can’t wait to return, photos don’t do this place justice!!! I can’t wait to stay again! Kitchen well equipped, we cooked supper for 10! Fab! Comfortable beds and luxury bedding, such a treat!”

Beautiful house and views. Stunning location just to relax and watch life on the River Dart, potter around historic Dartmouth or get out onto the coast path. Wonderful Sun trap that made late February feel like early summer! There are quite a few steps down to the property and lack of parking was the only downside. Highly recommend.
