This was a magical short break for our extended family. A beautiful house set in magnificent grounds which the photos really don’t do justice. The five children in our group all loved discovering the hidden garden and the pathways surrounding the property. All rooms were tastefully decorated, large and many, especially the big conservatory, with its wide opening doors, have superb views of the South Hams hillsides. …

Beautifully presented accommodation, spotlessly clean – everything looked new. The location was perfect for us to get around Dartmouth and the free parking was a big money saver. The outdoor garden was ample for our needs but does require climbing up a flight of stairs from the property and is overlooked. Perfect location for easy walking to Totnes shops and restaurants, and also just 15 min walk from train station. The spotless and well organised flat was perfect for our four night break. Paul provided clear instructions and was very flexible.

Really lovely property, beautifully decorated. Perfect base for short break. We did not struggle to park on the road near the property, but did not then move the car.
