We had a great couple of days here. I stupidly left my suitcase and Paul very helpfully let me know. Lots of info and it is such a stunning location. Weather wasn’t great but when you have beaches and views like that it really doesn’t matter. Beds comfy, everything lovely and clean. Would definitely come back again. Thank you

A charming comfortable Edwardian house within easy walking distance to Dartmouth and a marvellous view to watch the ‘ Lower Ferry’ working, very relaxing.
There is also a garage which is extremely convenient as parking in Dartmouth is very restricted.
The house was well equipped, clean & comfortable.

Brambles annexe was easy to find, very quiet location and a nice little base to explore the local area from. The property is looked after by the lovely couple next door who popped by to check everything was ok. On arrival we messaged Paul to let him know the loo seat was very loose, quick response and repaired straight away.
