Suggestions: have a mirror near a power socket/reserve table at breakfast for guests (if guests give time for breakfast ‘slot’ table would be available to the public outside these times – we foolishly went down around 10am and would have faced a 30 min wait to be seated. Location is excellent but the room was smaller than I anticipated. I am a larger man and couldn’t get into the gap in the shower. Also the room was very warm. Just letting larger people know that maybe one of the other rooms in the property would be better suited. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was superb (one of the reasons I can’t get in the shower!).

Booked for a long family weekend (3 adult couples) and had a fabulous stay. The property is the perfect balance between a 10-15 minute walk into central Dartmouth and a nice, quiet location with spectacular riverside views towards Dartmouth harbour.
