We have just returned from a few days at the lodge in between Christmas and New Year. It was absolutely gorgeous , so cosy and in such a beautiful setting. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas as well. We really loved the log burner in the evenings, it’s clear that everything has been thought out carefully in the lodge. The beds are so comfortable and the decor absolutely lovely, we were sad to leave!

We’ve just returned home to Bristol after the most amazing 3 night stay at the Rivershack with our dog and 5 year old son. This apartment was in a great spot very near to all the shops and restaurants, but it was still a quiet street at night. The apartment was pristine and spacious, and had everything you would need, including the parking permit for the nearby car park. We had a great few days.

Just returned from a 4 day break, the bungalow is modern, immaculate, a beautiful garden with views of the countryside, you have everything you need here, there is lots of literature to help you navigate Devon, maps, walks, best beaches etc which we found really helpful. The town and estuary are a few minutes walk away, I would recommend the crabshell inn on the estuary, great food and a good vibe.
