Was a great house for a family get together .Including small children . Lots of different spaces but not too big . Very well appointed with everything we needed . Lovely location . Quiet and rural but near enough to a good road to get places . Various members of the party went running and we all walked to the pub in Halwell . I can’t think of any thing negative.

The bonus was being able to go downstairs into Alf-Rescos cafe and have wonderful breakfasts from 7am – which meant we could set off early on our walks. I’d really recommend this place. We had an amazing stay at Stargazy! The property is absolutely gorgeous and the views of the sea and Burgh Island were stunning. The attention to detail was so special and we loved the hamper full of tea, coffee, bread, milk and butter. Amazing 5 nights stay at this beautifully furnished new property. Incredible location with panoramic views of the river and harbour. 20 mins walk to the town – a bit far for some people maybe but we wanted a quieter spot. We had an excellent stay, only a minute to walk to the beach we enjoyed swimming in the sea every day. We loved the back garden with a BBQ, lots of comfortable seating and perfect sea view. Would definitely recommend and we would love to stay again.

A beautiful townhouse in a great location with views out to the Dart estuary, right around to Kingswear and the town. Exceptional. Parking in garage under the property too is a very big bonus.

Exceptional place to stay, tucked away down the most Devon of Devon lanes, The Cabin has it all. We had a fantastic time in one of our favourite places on the planet – easy to get to the sea, and the moor – plus the hosts have thought of everything. Loved it.
