Just back from a fantastic three nights at the place. The location of the house is fabulous, just 1-2 minutes walk from the beach. It felt very homely and comfortably sleeps 8 Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea and beach was sublime. “The house is very comfortable and well maintained . It offers everything you need. Three adults have enough space.You can quickly walk to the city center and have shopping ,pubs and restaurants. Parking near the property is always available.Very nice landscape. Small towns ,beaches and hiking trails are easy to reach. All in all recommended.”

We had a great time here despite the weather not being the best. The house had everything we needed, although a bbq would be nice, particularly if it had been warmer. Lovely house in a stunning location, very walkable into Dartmouth. Once we caught the ferry from towards the castle to Dartmouth for a bit of fun. House is beautiful and very modern. Paul was extremely proactive and managed sort out an issue we had quickly.
