Pictures don’t do it justice! Beautifully decorated – attention to detail in every room. Thoughtful touches provided. Went as a family of 7 plus dog and plenty of room for us all to sit & not be on top of each other. Walking distance to the beach & the Italian just by the house is amazing – highly recommend. Very communicative and helpful. This is one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed in, was very clean and had everything we needed. Amazing view of Dartmouth and very unique interior for a special stay. We slept really well and found the space was even bigger than it looked on the listing too. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ritson Farm and highly recommend it. The lay out of the house worked especially well for 2 families and 1 grandparent. I cannot fault the house – it was beautifully clean, spacious and well equipped. Each room was decorated beautifully and the whole house had a lovely feel to it. The house definitely had the wow factor. It is in a stunning location looking down the estuary to Dartmouth. The house is beautifully presented, and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. There was plenty of parking, and walking into Dartmouth was an easy stroll. Paul was so helpful answering all our queries and was very responsive. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at the beautiful property.

The bungalow is lovely and in a great location. Kingsbridge is a great base to stay in for easy access to lots of other towns, villages and beaches.

Well appointment property which accurately matched the description and photos. It was clean and tidy and bright and modern. The property has amazing views of the harbour and Dartmouth Atwood the river. The steam train station is literally less than 5 minutes away and the steam trains can be seen chugging along from the property. I asked for a late checkout and Paul was very accommodating. ‘Absolutely beautiful property! We loved the kitchen and dining room space with the big blue comfy sofa to lounge on. The house was absolutely spotless and it was great having a bathroom on each floor (both with amazing showers).
