We had a lovely relaxing stay at Tremorvah. The windows let in a lot of light and the views were beautiful. It was great watching the activity on the water. We were very impressed by the apartment, everything was of top quality and spotlessly clean, you couldn’t wish for more. We had a wonderful short stay in this beautiful property overlooking the Dart river … it is a central place for everything….the shops ….eateries….take aways and pubs! We enjoyed the ever changing views on the river ….we loved that you can take a ferry to Kingswear and lovely walks there too …..we wndt on a local walk to the castle and beyond all again wonderful breathtaking views and coastal paths galore…

Arrived a bit early & cleaners just finishing off so went for a short walk. Place was spotless. Comfy beds and nice bed linen. Bit of miscommunication regarding coffee makers as id read the Nespresso machine was no longer at property, messaged Paul to ask & he said it wasn’t there so I said I’d bring my cafetière. Positives: car park pass/comfortable bed/powerful shower. Suggestions: have a mirror near a power socket/reserve table at breakfast for guests (if guests give time for breakfast ‘slot’ table would be available to the public outside these times – we foolishly went down around 10am and would have faced a 30 min wait to be seated. A great place to stay if you’re wanting to explore Dartmouth! Only a 10 minute walk down into the centre. Lovely and clean, a great view of Dartmouth on the decking, super spacious bedrooms. Lots of stairs to climb to get inside, although we had a 6 month old baby and 3 year old with us and managed just fine.

We loved our stay at Pear Tree Lodge. The house has a bright open feel, a slightly unique layout on two levels (there are a few stairs to the bedrooms) which I loved, large bright rooms and had everything we needed for our stay.
