We had a great few days over the New Year. The location was perfect for us as it was easy to get into the town centre and also easy to get onto the coastal path for a walk by the sea. The views from the apartment are amazing

This place is nothing short of amazing! Beautifully clean and very well equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Paul was super quick in responding when we had a problem with a blown fuse, so was sorted immediately 😀. The only thing that could make this any better would be a parking permit please. Dartmouth is a perfect place but parking is an absolute nightmare!

The Hen House was really modern and clean. Very well equipped and comfortable. Lovely place to stay for a weekend away.

Great views. Well equipped. Comfy beds. Downside it’s on 4 floors with spiral stairs. Only 1 bedroom en-suite so the others tend to share 1 bathroom not ideal with 8 adults in the house. Water pressure not great. Needs black out curtains as rooms light at 5. Long trek to the kitchen from the road. Very narrow to get to the property. But we did have a good time.

This is a really nicely appointed flat with lovely bathrooms in a good location. A bonus was the proximity of the bus stop so we could get a bus to and from Dartmouth (and elsewhere if we’d wanted) without having to worry about parking. We had poor weather but had it been sunny the two balconies would have been delightful. An extremely pleasant stay.

The position of the property was lovely although the road in front of the property was closed which made finding on sat nav.

We loved the location. The view of the creek from the bedrooms and lounge is beautiful and so peaceful. We enjoyed being able to open the doors to the juliet balcony in the evenings. The apartment is light and airy and the kitchen well equipped. It was great to have 2 full sized bathrooms and the bedrooms were a generous size. Paul was very quick to respond to messages and we really enjoyed our stay.
