Great communications from the owner and really timely info about check in. The flat felt bigger than the pictures showed and was really very well decorated. The bed in master room was thankfully a King size and very comfortable, the single beds were also ample. Great stay in this off the beaten track home. Well equipped and clean. Fun location in a quiet corner of Devon. Great for families.

We loved staying here as it had all the facilities we needed, felt extremely comfortable and had a fantastic garden. We enjoyed having the games room, with table tennis and darts. We would recommend staying here and we will be booking again soon.

Really lovely property, beautifully decorated. Perfect base for short break. We did not struggle to park on the road near the property, but did not then move the car. Very convenient for all local shops, bars and restaurants. Lacking wine glasses (all mismatched). I would imagine the living area would be very squashed if fully occupied, fine for two of us and dog. The property was as described and well equipped. Parking was excellent and under a canopy so out of reach of seagulls! We are very familiar with Kingsbridge which is good and central and has 2 supermarkets if not planning to eat out every day. In all we would certainly recommend it and plan to stay again in the future.

The location is quite unique and looking onto the sea is very special. Even more special is the close proximity to the sea, so you can go to bed listening to the waves and wake up to them. Gorgeous

We had such a fantastic stay here – probably our favourite Devon spot to date – the kids loved staying at The Hen House, being right on the farm and being greeted by the sheep and getting to see the calves. The space was perfect for us with 3 kids, very comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. A hideaway above the hustle and bustle of Dartmouth. Great views and super comfy mattress! The apartment is totally original and quirky. Loved it. Paul has been really helpful from the initial booking and after check out. Easy parking either on the street or in the nearby car park. And the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend.
