This place is nothing short of amazing! Beautifully clean and very well equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Paul was super quick in responding when we had a problem with a blown fuse, so was sorted immediately 😀. The only thing that could make this any better would be a parking permit please. Dartmouth is a perfect place but parking is an absolute nightmare!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ritson Farm and highly recommend it. The lay out of the house worked especially well for 2 families and 1 grandparent. Fantastic stay here for my parents’ Christmas present. Beautifully kept property, that accommodated us all perfectly. Plenty of space for 7 adults to all live, socialise and enjoy. We actually couldn’t quite believe how incredible the view of the River Dart was from the living room and the master bedroom. Absolutely stunning. We brought our binoculars and loved being able to see all the boats coming and going and to watch the dinghy racing right in front of us. Really clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds. We had an excellent stay, only a minute to walk to the beach we enjoyed swimming in the sea every day. We loved the back garden with a BBQ, lots of comfortable seating and perfect sea view. Would definitely recommend and we would love to stay again.
