The most beautiful property! The view from house was spectacular, the whole house was decorated beautifully. You couldn’t find a better spot up the River Dart to watch the boats go by and the sun rise. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely week at the lodge.Spacious and very clean. Relly enjoyed relaxing in the grounds and using the hot tub. Very well equipped with everything you might need and a perfect location to explore the local area. Highly reccomended.

The property was located close to the harbor where there were many restaurants cafes and bars, shingle beach 10 min from harbour, torquay just a 30 min ferry trip, Dartmouth 5 mile away. Really enjoyed our stay.”

“Beautiful house and it had all we needed for a friends’ weekend away – everything we possibly thought of was there in the kitchen, lovely kitchenware, big table for communal meals, cosy lounge space. Quick walk to town and a shop and pub nearby. Will definitely book again”.

What an amazing apartment! The views are stunning. The beds were great and everything was spotless. Long stay parking during the day was a bit tricky as the road to Warfleet is shut so it’s a long drive round but not a major problem for us. We had a brilliant stay and Paul was very helpful and responsive.

Excellent location in the centre of town. 2 mins to the harbour, no steep hills. Lovely rooms, large opening windows. Very clean. Breakfast was the best we have ever had. Great host, very responsive. Quiet road. Mattress could have been abit more sopportive but overall was excellent. Had a great time
