We loved staying here as it had all the facilities we needed, felt extremely comfortable and had a fantastic garden. We enjoyed having the games room, with table tennis and darts. We would recommend staying here and we will be booking again soon.

Fabulous location with wonderful views. Very warm and cozy. Beautifully decorated and comfortable beds and pillows. Home from home! Plenty of space for seven of us and a toddler celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday. We didn’t use the upper decking area because of the time of year but it was amazing! Also loved the front deck. Wonderful stay in Dartmouth – location of the flat is perfect, close enough to everything you need but quieter than the centre. Views are amazing and the property is very well equipped. The main bedroom could do with a bigger bed – it’s a double not a king! But overall a fantastic property and highly recommend

Lower Heywood is well located, very close to beautiful views, shops and local restaurants. Out of season, if you’re lucky there is on street parking opposite which we benefitted from during our stay. The accommodation is well appointed with good quality fixtures and fittings and equipment. It is comfortable and warm. There is a stylish free standing bath as well as a good shower. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location with great view over the river. Comfortable sofas and beds. Easy reach of South Coast path, ferry, station, pubs and local shop. Easy to find great location for exploring Brixham, short walk into town and harbour as well as well as exploring Berry hill and coastal walks. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay, great place.
