Only thing I would say is the steps up to the property are a mission with a baby/pram however this is to be expected in Dartmouth. Was a bonus to have a parking space right outside the property. A lovely place for our weekend family get together. We had everything we needed. Comfy beds and lovely bathrooms. Space for us all. Our youngest member is 2 and we appreciated the stair gate. Paul was very helpful and responsive to messages.

Lower deck was a great space , very clean most things you needed were supplied . Great view easy and walking to town and castle If you need to message Paul responded quickly. We’ve been to Dartmouth about 10 times over the years , first time staying at lower deck . We’ll definitely be back !

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Relaxed comfortable place to stay for a girls weekend. Really great kitchen and open plan lounge area to socialise.
