A charming comfortable Edwardian house within easy walking distance to Dartmouth and a marvellous view to watch the ‘ Lower Ferry’ working, very relaxing.
There is also a garage which is extremely convenient as parking in Dartmouth is very restricted.
The house was well equipped, clean & comfortable.
In all a delightful place to stay.

Dartmouth has been a family favourite for years but after many camping trips to the area we decided to upgrade and book this property. It did not disappoint. The views are incredible, we had everything we needed in the apartment and the location was perfect for walking into town. We would highly recommend and most certainly will be back.

Peaceful spot but easy to visit different and fantastic beaches, Dartmouth, Totnes, Kingsbridge and Dartmoor. The Byre had lots of space for our family, was well-equipped, clean, comfortable and homely. We’d very happily stay here again.

This apartment was in a great spot very near to all the shops and restaurants, but it was still a quiet street at night. The apartment was pristine and spacious, and had everything you would need, including the parking permit for the nearby car park. We had a great few days.
