A beautiful setting in Devon. The house sits on a gorgeous plot surrounded by rolling hills and a super garden. We had three families in the house, 6 adults and 7 children and there was plenty of space for us all to not feel on top of each other. We absolutely loved our stay at Ritson Farm and highly recommend it. The lay out of the house worked especially well for 2 families and 1 grandparent. I cannot fault the house – it was beautifully clean, spacious and well equipped. Each room was decorated beautifully and the whole house had a lovely feel to it. Great location and handy to have the parking permit. Coukd do with some soap in the bathroom. There is a small courtyard outside of the back of the property.

Amazing weekend stay for my mums 60th birthday! The accommodation was exactly as pictured, very clean and came with lots of homely extras that you don’t always get! Instructions and communication all very clear! 5 minute drive down into the beautiful town of Dartmouth, with lovely places to eat or just a general stunning walk around. We added the hot tub and it was just perfect!

What an amazing apartment! The views are stunning. The beds were great and everything was spotless. Long stay parking during the day was a bit tricky as the road to Warfleet is shut so it’s a long drive round but not a major problem for us. We had a brilliant stay and Paul was very helpful and responsive.
